Liked this episode, I respect Daymon and Kevin as they don't seem to compromise what they feel will bring them money. Always surprises me how everyone wants to work especially when others could potentially be better.

i cant see any way to improve it tbh
I had never heard of it before and even after some clicking around I didn't know what it did until I watched a Youtube video they embedded. Maybe I missed it, but even if I did, that's still not great.

Looked at the Zomm site, now I see why the show would take a cut. The Zomm guy is really leveraging his participation on the show.

For some reason I dislike the tag lag "ZOMM - Enhancing Lives through Technology"

meh i dont think the others are willing to compromise either, they are just more willing to lie on camera.

robert seems to basically just say whatever will make him look good, regardless of if he has any intention to follow through on the deal post-show

Yeah they may not in fact be compromising their business values, I just enjoy people standing behind there convictions in spots like this (were they have incentive's to give in) even though it should be standard. Especially with this opportunity while people watch at home to give in on what you belief in, to create a better image that you are. Yeah Robert has gotten on a high horse the last few episodes. I never would have expected any of the sharks to utter that phrase - it's just so ridiculous and doesn't make any business sense to give "someone a shot" based on the idea that everyone deserves one - which isn't even true.

Not to mention how Lori somehow seems to find a way to "really like" everyone that comes on the show. It's beyond silly at this point how every single person that walks onto that stage is deemed "great" or whatever.
I'm going to guess that almost all of these "sympathy" deals fall through in the due diligence stage. Probably most of the deals don't actually happen.

Nearly everyone who comes on the show is great. You think they're letting the guy with the ice cream gloves (ali g skit) get through the front door? Plenty of people have been dissed too. Lori has said the exact words "this is not your home run" and the guy with the butt logos or whatever got laughed at. If they need a little drama to keep the ratings up and the show on tv then by all means go for it.

Lori is the savviest of anyone on the show. You aren't paying attention if you think she likes everyone.

I was surprised no one gave her money

She really did come to the tank way too early in the game. These sharks don't have time to build a business. They only have time to build an empire using their connections to get products in the stores.

Also, is there a running tally somewhere of who offers which products? I feel like Robert often gives good advice to the entrepreneurs but he's basically auto out of every deal that isn't tech related. Often seems like a wasted chair, which is unfortunate b/c he is one of my favorite sharks as a person.

Robert brings little/nothing to the table in terms of value add as an investor unless it is a software product (and Cuban dominates him in this area due to his brands/publicity). I would take the under on him having an IQ in the triple digits.

LOL < 100 IQ. You gotta realize how dumb the average person is to realize how idiotic that statement is.

Even though she agreed to a deal on camera, doesn't mean it'll go down exactly with those terms.

I think most of the businesses that come on are pretty weak. If I was an investor and these offers came to me (not on tv), I'm out 99% of the time. The major reason the businesses flourish is mostly from the exposure.

In this week's episode 05 of Season 04 there was a mention of a website by the founder of the company Cozy Bug of which Mark Cuban was aware of. It's a website whereby the founder of Cozy Bug was able to sell her clothing. I didn't quite understand the name of the website however from what I heard it starts with the letter "Z" and accordingly the following is spelt as it sounded to me "Zumbely". I did a google search however I found nothing. Therefore my question to the board is if someone knows the website in question that was made reference to.

Thank you,

Touche, although a bit nitty. I suppose I was setting the bar a bit high in terms of average intelligence... was just trying to make the point that I think he is essentially an empty seat.

Robert is my least favorite.
Like when he made a deal with the soap girl with the huge rack, then didn't go through with the deal when he found out she was married.
