hi, i basically no $h!t about investing a lot of money.
goal : im not searching a 10-20% interest rates, just a good stable return for a long term investment with the possibility of adding a bit more risker investment once i feel im not a noob....
i would like to be able to make a good evaluation of assets, stocks ,etc by my own and need to know what and how to calculate the important variables.
books i think to read but would like your opinion on those.

- The Intelligent Asset Allocator: How to Build Your Portfolio to Maximize Returns and Minimize Risk William Bernstein

those books below seem great but i red they might be a bit too hard to read because they are very dry and closely like a grad book or something ( maybe im wrong and i would gladly be ) ?
im just trying to find a book that is easy to read to start and can bring me a bit of "fun" into a " learning process " , after i might go for deeper reading .
