Hey,
Anyone here daytrade and play poker full-time in LA? I'm looking to relocate. My plan is to daytrade the morning hours 8am-12pm EST and play poker in the afternoon full time. Wanted to connect with others who might be doing the same thing. Need ideas on the places to live. Area around Commerce and Bike are pretty bad, as is common with casinos.

Get a place in downtown LA. Short drive to the casinos. The games seem to be getting good at Hustler casino. What stakes do you play? commerce is a zoo.

Thanks Swag. Some people mentioned Montebello as a good place. What do you think?

Depends on what's running. Rather pick and choose good games like I pick and choose good stocks

I'm not in it to prove I'm world class just in it to make money. I'm Knish not McDermott :P.

Recently I've been also considering Texas, it's got lots of great games and taxes are low, housing is affordable. Lots of people moving there. Might create separate thread to explore that possibility.
