A profile stating "professional poker player" as the profession posted a write up on SA for PDEX a few months back, I guess it has been since taken down. I was the only person to comment but didn't get any response. Still curious which of you it was

Sorry guys, I dumped the last of my position past couple days. Was some very good volume starting yesterday. If it I didn't dump 22k shares past couple days it would probably be 7.25+. I put in multiple over 5000 share orders into the bid and got filled which seems bullish. Mostly around $7.1.

Sold all my equites. I'm going to mess around with crypto for a bit.

be careful! You're leaving something I'm assuming you had a great fundamental understanding of (to have so many shares) and entering into a market that is in the most parabolic state I've ever seen any asset class in history.

Yeah be careful man. I know quite a few people “investing” in Bitcoin, and they’re not exactly smart money. This isn’t going to end well (in my humble opinion).

I agree. I'm actually going pretty off course here but I definitely sense a interesting opportunity. Risk reward might be very high for my taste but it's mostly just as a short term momentum trade being in the bull phase of all the dumb money pouring in. I'll try to sell off winners super quick to be fully on house money for this experiment quickly. Or decrease my positions significantly over the next month or two. I just sense from all my interactions with people all around me that lots of money is pouring in at the moment.

Well, this has been a depressing slow bleed. Hopefully the quarterly Sparks some interest, but a selloff leading into earnings doesn't inspire the most hope

well, there were 70.000$ traded today, in a 27m$ company. on the biggest down-day since forever. that means basically nothing.

Read it on my phone, but appears that they've stopped selling shares after issuing ~ 400k. Also saw that they've signed a sizable contract with their largest customer that will go through FY 2021.

Earnings of $0.08/share, includes a couple hundred thousand in impairment, so would be in the $0.12 - $0.13/share range if my math is right. Looks like a strong quarter, even if EPS doesn't reflect it. I'll defer to BCI for his input on the quarter.

An additional $2.9mill revenue coming in the 4th quarter? So we could be looking at around $8m revenue that quarter? And that's without any additional sales from the new pro-dex branded driver that I seem to remember should be completed early this year.

When I took a quick glance saw the net profit for the quarter I was very concerned but the part quoted above seems very positive. Hope I'm not misunderstanding something.

Plus of course the contract extension staying at 150 unitd per month. I had been planning to sell soon if we didnt get any news, since I was worried about that contract rolling off.

Yea, the contract extension is huge for the stability of the company.

Unsure of how much that additional 2.9MM revenue will displace revenue from other customers though. (It might not)

Great news though, I was considering buying a lot more yesterday, added a fair amount earlier in the week though.

I was thinking no one will notice this stock until they either start putting up close to 25 cents in EPS every quarter or start paying a dividend. Since the price hasn't moved even after the "guidance" in the 10-Q

Wondering about the loss on their equity investments in the 4th quarter when the market was doing exceptionally well. Did they just invest some other illiquid company and had to recognize a loss because they paid a premium or did the investment just do poorly?

PDEX seems like a no brainer buy right now. Contract extension significantly reduces downside risk and the pending release of their proprietary product gives them a lot of upside, along with the usual reasons to be optimistic (good management, good balance sheet, happy employees, etc). I've built back up to a very large position over the last couple of weeks, if this new product release goes well I think there's a lot of upside from here.

I am surprised that the volume is so low the last months. Especially after the interview you mentioned at April 25th I had expected to see some more action, because Rick sounds quite positively, I think.
