I'm showing a bid - ask of 16.00 - 16.58 right now (via TD Ameritrade) so that's likely why your account is showing a bump.

The backlog of 13.3 million expected to be delivered in the remainder of the year is nice, represents about a 5% increase in revenue from this quarter to the next two. There's usually some non backlog revenue as well.

What do you guys see as potential price at these numbers? Seems like 20-21 should be on the low end, with 25$ being a long shot.

If they can maintain a back log 25 seems much more reasonable

i wouldn't read too much into that. they are up seven- or eightfold on those shares and still own nearly 1.5million. still it's a good thing to keep a look at for every company.

but given the low trade volume those transactions can really move the stock.

The stock tends to draw back to 0 end of day but this is the first time in weeks where a push hasn't ran into limit sells dropping immediately

I assume the insiders period to sell is done and now the company is buying back? No one else really buys or sells this thing. Pretty sure all of us are overweight, but don't want to sell and can't responsibly buy more

I've never thought that is what was going on. I've always believed it was a firm trading on the bid/ask spread. They were happy to make a buck or two here and there by buying at the bid and selling at the ask.

I've often put in a bid, at say $14.30, only to have it raised by a penny to $14.31 at a volume of 100 shares. I'd then put a bid in at $14.35 and within seconds the bid is at $14.36, again for 100 shares. Doing that enough times convinced me that someone was just looking to make money on the spread.

Might be wrong, but that's my sense of what was happening.

That makes sense. Personally, I prefer my crackpot conspiracy theory being the reason the stock hasn't mooned rather than a legitimate reason though, haha.

I had a GTC order that I placed awhile back that clicked a half hour before the close today. I felt good about it when I placed the order but have a little seller's remorse now. Anyway thanks for the tip and good luck all.

Surprising. After earnings releasein February I had expected a bit more. Since then Swenson and Cabillot have sold quite some shares and now suddenly the stock rises to ATH on reasonable volume. Is it just pre earnings expectations or is something else brewing?

They are selling some of there private shares. Cabillot sold for more that 0.5 million today and you can see he sold more stock in the last couple of weeks as you can read for example here https://stocktwits.com/symbol/PDEX.

I was wondering if it was all repurchasing or someone building a large position.

i don't see anything out of the ordinary. they got the hotel money back and looks like they invested a lot in Air T Inc.
i need to read up on them.
