Ive been looking at the bid and asks, seems more like no one wants to sell

I am considering trimming my position as well. I still like the company, outlook, management etc., but I think the stock is overpriced at the moment.

I think it looks undervalued still based on earnings we can expect going forward.

Adjusting for the monogram write off net income was about $970k for the last quarter. As far as I can see revenues should be higher than the last quarter going forward as they hadn't fully ramped up to meet the 50% increase in customer 1's orders. I don't think $1m per quarter going forward seems unrealistic.

Given we still have the additional revenues to come from new product contracts later this year and the fact that a large chunk of revenues are secured by contracts up to 2021 (if I remember correctly), I think 10.5x PE still looks cheap.

Ya, that was me I lost 37k with the stupid crypto stuff. Sold out completely in Febuary realizing I was playing roulette every day. I already have enough swings in my life playing PLO private cash games, adding crypto to it was insane.

The worst part, before crypto, I was selling most my PDEX stake to buy BXC around $9 average price 15k shares in late november, early december. I sold out at $10 quick gain to mess around with crypto. Within a month it hit $15, then $20ish, then $40 all within couple months. If I would hold through, at the peak it would be +$500k.

I'm happy for you guys who sticked around, I was close to buying back in a month ago when I saw it at $6.15 but was too lazy to move money around and the price that low didnt last long.

I've had a straight irresponsible amount of my net worth tied up in the stock for the last couple of years but I finally sold off enough to free roll the future

I'm still holding. This run up has been nice, but I still think its going to be materially higher 12-18 months from now.

Been going through the customer concentration section of the 10k and it seems we only got about 450k extra revenue from customer 1 in Q4. $3.5m as opposed to the usual steady $3m ish per quarter.

Given we are expecting +50% revenue from customer 1 going forward (Or at least through this fiscal year), I think we can still expect significantly higher revenue than the Q4 results going forward. I'm Definitely still bullish at current price.


One thing that does seem strange to me though.. did anyone else notice they took out a $5m loan this month? Was in an 8k and also in the 10k.

Seems very odd given we know they have far more cash than currently required. Would like to think this means more big things in the pipeline?

The CEO did say they were in the early stages of two more proprietary devices and they planned on expanding operations to better be able to handle their primary customer's increased demand. Seemed like they had enough cash to deal with those though as I don't think either requires a large capital investment, but I'm far from anything resembling an expert in this field.

Stock was like 20% of my portfolio before the run up, just trimmed my position by a little over 10% today at 11.40 since it feels risky to have 35% of your investments in one stock even though I strongly feel that it will increase more in the next 6 months to a year (and if those other products work out, perhaps even more after that)

I've trimmed a good bit of my position as well. It felt dumb not to take some money off the table. At one time I owned just under 2% of the company (78k-ish shares before they issued add'l shares). I'm down to about 30k-ish shares now. Suffice to say I've been *very* happy with the run up. I'd have to go back and look, but I think my first purchase was around $2.10-$2.25 or so. I owe BCI a bottle (case?) of his favorite liquor, no doubt.

Sick! Nice to see 153k volume yesterday. It's obvious people have finally noticed the stock. With the increased volume and attention I think it's going to keep ripping simply based on fundamentals.

if this keeps going i'll need to come up with a name for a boat soon...

Pretty excitrd. Don't see any reason results won't be similar or possibly even better than the adjusted earnings from last quarter. It seems likely to me that they didn't even deliver all of the extra units that had been ordered by the largest customer for shipment last quarter. I imagine they would still have been ramping up to the increased production requirements. Couldn't see any exceptional items that would have pushed up margins... so expecting more of the same.

$40 million market cap looks cheap to me with quarterly earnings close to a million and good reasons to expect further growth.

Sold half my position at $12.50 as i felt I was too concentrated at that price, but I've bought it back over last few weeks in $9 range. Fingers crossed for some good results.

some stuff from the 10q:

-they took a 7-year loan for 5m$ at 5.53% and secured a 2m revolver

-started to buy back stock again. share count is down about 80k or 2% last quarter alone. albeit the timing was very unfortunate with most of it in september at >11$. but i guess with the stock <10$ for most of october it's safe to assume they kept going.

-they will need to do a product recall on part of ~380.000$ worth of batteries they sold. not clear how much of the 380.000 is faulty and what part of that will be covered by the supplier or their own insurance.

-they will (most likely) get back the 1m from that hotel loan in december.
