Just let everybody use the funds in their retirement accounts penalty free to buy real estate. I know I will buy my retirement apartment in Florida with that money right now; and fix that place up to boot.
Can you add strippers expense to the adjusted basis while seeking to buy an additional piece of property?

Having lived in Florida for the past 5 years, this place is not the paradise many make it out to be........
Crowded
High property taxes
High insurance
Hurricane alerts yearly
Crime
Is it better than alot of places/states........yes!
If one has not set up roots here yet, I would however attempt to find another "paradise", as this state is really headed no place but worse........sorry to say.
