I don't know what the exact figure is for what you'll be credited with per share in your brokerage account, but it's probably pretty close to the 58.25 or whatever it's trading at now, plus whatever small merger risk is being priced in. Assuming you bought after this thread was posted, everything should settle within the short-term cap gains period, so holding for tax reasons is probably futile. I'm not sure about any of this though.
