Here's an article from over a year ago. It says we're currently in about the 3rd longest bull run in history.

This could be correct, and also still less +ev compared to being fully invested at all times. timing, unpredictable outcomes, flaws, etc

If you had been waiting for Shiller p/e to be below average, you'd not have owned stocks since 1995.

This seems suboptimal.
