Do you have a patent on your "invention"? If not, it's highly unlikely that you will get anything for your idea.

Contact PokerStars and ask if they are interested, but it's a long shot to expect them to offer you any significant money.

Unless you are already working for a pokersite or a game company , it will be very unlikely that you can do much with your "new" game money wise or copyright wise. Your new game would have to be very unique indeed not to be based on already existing poker concepts. Despite that , you should share it with as many folks as possible to see how it floats. This has also been corroborated by other threads on this forum (that can easily be searched). You can protect a unique deck, you cannot protect a set of rules or methods.

1 - Players aren't interested in things other than NLHE, sadly (certainly recs anyway)
2 - Sites aren't interested in promoting established variants that have been around for years (e.g. draw/stud variants), mainly due to point 1
3 - Sites are mostly pushing low-skill high rake NLHE variants, if your idea is one of these then it might change the lives of many people (for the poorer, unless you're an Amaya employee), otherwise nobody will care
