I got 35k in one of these days. I'm phoning my bank 10 times a day. It's happening me having a lot of money to help people. I have this one pre-made outdoor store i'm looking at. It costs 17k USD and guarantees 2.5k USD a month once it's paid off. And the name and everything will work forever to get that much money. The guy is helping me out next week just get a better understanding of this world. If i wanted to set my little brother up for the next 4-6 years with 2k+ a month, how would i do that? Are these stores ridiculous? You can hire nerds for `50 dollars twice a week to add everything and keep all the apps and everything up to date. I don't know... before i rant too long... if you had 60k and had to set one person up with 2k USD a month for a good while? Does this exist?

I'm curious about this $17k investment that pays $30k per year. I'd like to buy 100 of those.

You know what they say to people like the OP - if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is true...

Yea, that does sound funny, i know. But people keep telling me on these legit forums that it works. It's an outdoor store that has had sales for 2 years. Maybe it was in Canadian the return i worked out? I don't ****ing know. I quit weed to become an author and my brain is like i'm sober stoned. LOL but i've never had money before. I know no one with money. You know? My dad was crippled then we made 1800 CAD a month for 15 years. LOL
