I cannot seem to access the summary judgment; for some reason it is still under seal.

However....yikes at that result, it's very rare for a non-troll to get offed in summary judgment like that. Sounds like the judge was much more sympathetic to Axon's interpretation of the claims in the Markman hearing.

I think this is pretty dead, since an appeal won't overturn the lower court decision unless the judge made a clear mistake in law. Which I suppose is possible, but I'm not betting on it; both sides got to fairly present at the Markman hearing and the judge simply accepted Axon's interpretation of the claims.

Exiting for a loss, but since it was a lottery ticket to begin with the overall loss is only a few dimes.
