Looking at a car today, there was a MSRP and their sales price listed, couldn't get payment very close to where I wanted it at all, when I offered cash they said there was a $1000 discount for their own financing already figured in, and added a $1999 AMA fee, Area Marketing Adjustment, so price went up by 3K. Is that a valid thing or a bogus markup, hadnn't had that one thrown at me before?

Also, I was having them checkout my car for separate purchase. Classic. They lost the keys. They ended up in the purse of another customer who they had given the wrong keys to. Supposedly. I did everything I could to see if the lady whose purse they were in belonged was a customer or worked there. They said customer.
