Dear 2+2 friends,

I hope this is the right place to ask about this and apologize if this has been asked before.

Quick background:
I used to multi-table 100-400NL/PLO 6-max cash 10-15 years ago. Prob have 1M+ hands played from that period. Used to be a marginal winner, but understand things have changed quite a lot - especially online.

Recent years I have only played a small amount live cash as I have assumed online is unbeatable with everyone running solvers and playing GTO. I don't expect to beat online, but I have become very curious about learning the new available poker theory. With a regular job I can finally enjoy mid-stakes as a fun hobby even as a losing player.

I am therefore looking for some guiding as to the best material to catch up properly after a good 10 year break. And maybe do coaching if that is the more sensible path.

I see Upswing and Runitonce has a bunch of advanced courses ranging from 999-2,499$ each - should one just buy all of these and work through them. Do you think that should be sufficient to maybe break even at 200-600NL/PLO with enough time as an amateur. Or are there other cheaper courses out there that provide the same, or more value. Any books that are relevant? Or would you say it is impossible to beat/break even at the mid online stakes without a personal coach these days?

Best,
Haakon
