Hi, sorry in advance if this is posted in the wrong forum, I didn't know where to ask. I have a session with a coach next week and I will be recording a 1 hour session on camtasia, and then reviewing the play over skype. I am just testing the camtasia recorder now and it seems the tables come out a bit small on the recording. I am using a 22" monitor and the tables are big enough on my normal viewing, but they just come out a bit small on the recording.
Is there any way to make the camtasia recording do a full screen without having to scroll up and down to view all 4 tables?
Thanks

The camtasia recording can look a little smaller as if it's cutting off some of the bottom. But if you compress it and convert it to a wmv format than any windows media player will play it at it's full size that you originally recorded it at.

Actually can you tell me how to convert to wmv format once you have saved the recording?

Do "produce in a sharable format" then custom settings. The page after custom settings allows you to create it as wmv.

Check out the Coaches Corner series on DeucesCracked on how to make videos in Camtasia. The Coaches Corner series is free for anyone to watch.

Does anyone know the answer to this if you use Camstudio to make the videos?

I've been experimenting with compression software and Windows Movie maker but the quality of the video just gets destroyed.

If you use camtasia - right click on the camerec file and extract the avi.

Open the avi in WMP or whatever and full screen it.

Mikogo is better at sharing vids than teamviewer fwiw.

I made a video explaining a great way to get optimal size with great quality using only free software like camstudio. You can check it out here,

Yeah your videos look great and I managed to shrink an old test video down perfectly.

But after I started recording new videos, the encoder just destroyed the videos completley. They are coming out all destorted and diagonal a lot like when a TV channel is not tuned in properly.

I've posted in your forums about it so I have no idea which message you'll get first but I have no idea what is going wrong, any ideas?
