What price would I be looking to pay? I recently got back into MTTs and made a 1000 score and want to multi table low stake tables but I want to do it properly and not burn money learning and the game has changed since I stopped playing in 2013

You might find someone competent in the $50-$100 range. But a lot of people doing low rates are either a) bad at poker or b) bad at coaching. And you really want someone good at both.

My rates are just north of that range, but by v little, with a few bonuses thrown in

It's been a long time but I think that the micro-low stakes MTTs have not changed that much. Fish will always be fish. Trying to move up the stakes would be a different story, though.

Why don't you try a few sessions, review a few hands, and if you think you are missing something important, then go for some coaching focusing specifically on that topic?
