I have been struggling with patience at tournaments. Need some advise on how to get out of this FUNK.....
playing over 6 hours I get bored & impatient....start tilting after a bad beat/varience etc.....

I have been thinking of coaching, but I feel like most coach / trainings are for online poker, I m mainly a LIVE tourn. palyer.
