Looking for the best training

I've been playing online for about 3 years and have managed to build a bankroll from $50 to $1300 (after going broke several times). I play everything from NLHE to 8-game to 2-7 triple draw but still at the lower limits (.25/.50 NL and 2/4 limit). Any advice on where I could find the best training?
Thanks

I am interested to see what responses you receive for this thread. I also am in a similar situation, have been at low limits and just need to refine a bit to move up and be a better player. People have reccommended grinderschool.com because it focuses on low limit games (under 100NL) but I haven't gotten a subscription yet.

As with everything it depends on what you are prepared to pay.
For most low stakes NL players I definitely recommend PokerTrikz, he has a number of free videos on that site - and from the few I have looked at they are at a very high quality with a lot of information for the micro stakes player.
Of the training sites I can definitely recommend StoxPoker - Jason Ho and Ed Miller's foundations series have been extremely useful to a number of my students.
To improve the fastest and ensure you are not learning bad habits nothing can replace a good coach - but obviously this comes at a price so it all depends on your budget.
In terms of finding a good coach - this is very tricky, as the recent Potripper debacle showed, online poker coaching is a very dodgy business.
I would advise you to speak to a couple different coaches, get a feel for what they are about and how they go about the learning process. Once you have spoken to a few coaches you will definitely be able to spot the great coaches from the mediocre.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. Would you recommend Cardrunners?
