i can't beat the micro stakes!...
i try to follow the basic rules of how to crush the micro stakes but i can't do it!
i dont know what i do wrong and i can't figure it out either. To me it seems that i follow the rules but i keep busting my deposits.. when i deposit its Always $50 and i start playing 1nl/2nl. At first it all looks good and i gain some money... highest i ever got was $300ish... but i seem to Always manage to bust my self...
I don't want to keep depositing money anymore its time i started making some money without gettin busted all the time.

what is my prob?
how can i improve my game?
i know its me and not the poker site who is rigged or anything, like most fish and donks say.
So yea i know and admit it that the problem is me but i can't figure out what actually is my problem.
could someone help me out here please get me on the right path! give me a kick in the ass sort of speak..

To beat the nanos you need patience and self control (dont think something like"whatever its just 40c to see what he has". do you use pt4 or hm3? these programs help you analyse your game a lot and track leaks
also start searching forums or videos about your stake and dont adjust your playstyle by watching pros playing 600NL

Well today i saw that PT4 had a 30 day trial going on so i downloaded that.
But to be honest i don't have a clue what all the numbers etc mean...
so yea i have it but i can't use it to my profit.
Also i found the book from Nathan Williams – Crushing the Microstakes is this any good or is reading a book just a waste of time?

Books are sort a waste of time since most of them don't have great info. If you want to get better watch training videos or talk to winning players.

books are good imo for the basics, but you can also get those basics by watching videos etc
also books discuss theory which is really important
btw just search a tutorial for pt4 on youtube or something

Well, not everyone can win in poker (or in life). You sound like you have good energy, but maybe that needs to be reigned in a bit. You will need to have an even keel like Phil Ivey or the late Chip Reese. It is funny how those two guys talk very deliberately and their poker play follows that rhythm.

Some people get better quickly, while others don't get much better. I think you can do it.
