I'm new to playing online and have been hearing a lot about HUDs. Do you guys think HUDs are useful to improve.

I'm playing on PartyPoker and I believe they don't allow HUDs. Do you think I should switch to a different site if I want to really improve?

No, learn poker theory fundamentals. After you get very good at that, then use a hud for exploits.

If you are not winning after a large sample without a hud, you still have a lot to work on in terms of fundamentals (assuming you are playing relatively low stakes, not super tough games).

You should use tracking software (hm2, pt4, h2n, etc) though (which include a hud) so that you can track your play and study effectively.
