do they help more than getting ur hands criticed on here? i find getting my hands critced by people on here to be very helpful. what more would a training site do for you?

They can give you a more "overall" feel for your play, rather than just one hand in a vacuum.

If you feel you're learning very well from the hand review process on 2p2, try posting a video or two on the forums for critique, not only can people then hear your thoughts as you play, but they can see things you may not be aware of when reading an opponent, such as timing.

Be aware that full HHs often aren't reviewed when posted on these forums, but a video should give you a better shot at some feedback, people love free videos

To make a free video download a free version (or the 30 day trial version) of Camtasia/Camstudio or another screen capture program, buy a mic and record games while you talk about what you are doing and why. Then put it into a format such as .wmv and upload it to a file sharing site like megaupload. Post the link in the forum and you should be good to go.

I'd do that before investing in a training site, just on the basis that you're comfortable and seem to be getting a lot out of the peer review process on these forums. It's also free, which is also preferable.
