Cashgame course for NLHE 6max. Current stakes is $25 mostly

Hi,
Best course for NLHE cashgames 6 max? I`m playing mostly fast tables $25 at the moment. Mixed between $25 and $50 in 2023, not too many hands.
Not so experience with Pokercraft/GG rake and winrate, but I`m starting to take it more seriously.
Checked my status for NL25 for 90k hands last 6 months and it was around +$1200 but I guess this is pre-rake?
My br is atm around $1500 and I will be playing NL25 until I have studied more, and checked my leaks. (Working with a coach now to look at this) -
Would runitonce elite be a good fit? Is the Upswing course Exploit with Uru to advanced for NL25?
Im also mixing in some regular tables. Looking for some input here as im taking the grind more seriously. This is kinda a rant as Im multitasking while doing my 9-5 job
