I'm playing poker for 3 years. I never played for real money even not on the micro stakes.. I just play for play money on Pokerstars and FullTilt poker and before that I played on Zynga poker like 25k hands. I have also some live poker experience. It maybe sounds like I'm a very weak player but it's not so true. I just want to get tottaly ready for playing on Micro limits and for real money, I read books, blogs and stuff and then play online. I have a little question.. ''What's the difference between playing ABC Poker and TAG style?'' You always read that ABC Poker is for begginers playing micro limits and that tight-aggressive players are almost all players in profit. I'm also asking cause I don't know which of these 2 I play more. Thanks for help

abc poker is playing str8 forward, nothing fancy, folding vs aggression, betting for value, not slow playing and is 100% the correct way to play at the micros.

Tag is tight aggressive, you can play tag and not be abc although tag does tend to fit the abc style or visa versa
