Looking for a Mentor/Studygroup

I am looking for some1 who plays CG and can mentor me to leave the micros.
I did play MTTs as a semi pro (30$ABI) but did quit a few years ago, now the fire is back and I want to play CG.
Right now I play NL 10 and Focus on getting solid Preflop ranges.
I would like to invest a few hours (around 5) each weak for studing.
I am open for CFP or any other model which provides value for you.
