25NL breakeven/losing player needs direction in play and mindset

Hey y’all
I’ve built a bankroll from $25 to $750 and now back to $200 in the microstakes. I feel like my mindset has really fallen apart and I haven’t been able to maintain good study habits. I am hoping that I can start getting a weekly/biweekly coach that can give me homework and help set me up a strong study and work ethic with poker.
Also I’m looking to transition to live play.
