ACR / WPN needs to make their software better. If these guys know how to make their software a lot better, they will be able to overtake Bovada. But for the time being, they are way lacking in poker knowledge and software knowledge.

I requested a withdraw in AmericasCardroom, after 10 days they replied saying that I was not verified yet and cancelled my withdraw.

I sent the documents 15 days ago, nobody has replied about it, I sent one email asking to confirm it and no reply either.

Tried another cashout and no feedback

wtf is happening to this site?

Bitcoin deposits are still down, talked to customer service today and they said they are still working on it. It sounded like he expected it to be back up soon, maybe in a couple days. In the meantime I tried to make a very small debit card deposit to try out ACR, it hasn't gone through yet, and I'm still waiting on an email for more instructions on what I need to do. =/

How come if I sign up for rakeback and a 100% deposit bonus, you show my rakeback statistics and also my deposit bonus progress - but then in the fine print if I withdraw from one pool of money it gets credited against the other... so basically what you are saying is that if I signed up for rakeback I don't get a 100% deposit bonus - because it's getting credited against the rakeback I'm earning anyway.. highly disappointed and regret i deposited onto ACR.

No, Maryland is not allowed whether you want to deposit with bitcoins or USD. Restricted state.

Just installed the client and ran it, all it says at the top is "Connected! Checking protocol version...", nothing's clickable and the lobby is empty. Anyone ever had this issue before?

I'm seeing the same thing right now, it's a scheduled down time apparently. Estimated time was 4 hours, and it's been about 5.5 hours now I think, so hopefully it will be back up soon.
