Has anyone figured out rewards yet? Basically just exchange 80pts for $1? Or is there an advantage to saving up for a better reward?

Also, does anyone know if HHs can be requested from the site?

How do people chat and send emojis? Is it mobile only? Can't seem to figure it out on my desktop

I can't get the swirly circle "Loading" icon off of my screen if I have the client open. I can open tables and can even play. But the square with the spinning circle stays in the middle of my screen. Have uninstalled it from my PC, have deleted the folders with the cache stuff. No idea what to do. It is annoying. I can't play on the site with this thing hogging the middle of my screen. Don't think it was this way when Ifirst got the client. Maybe started 2 or 3 days in? Not sure. Have had it at least for a couple weeks.

Anyone else with this issue or have other ideas? Didn't find much in my google search about it.

How are the tournaments? Any bonus codes? Trying to decide if I should download this client and/or MGM. Is the tournament series completed already? Thanks for any help!

1. You can always download the WSOP client, and take a look to see what the site offers.

2. Bonus codes- $50 for 1st deposit, and then 100% deposit match up to $1,000. I believe some affiliate sites (I'm not going to name them) also offer $10 on top of everything else.

3. It's best to download both WSOP & MGM ASAP. Why? Overylay here, and an overlay there. Forget about clearing the deposit bonus; if you're a tournament player, the value is in all the overlays, freerolls, and daily promotions (i.e. daily spin the wheel to reveal a prize).

4. Bracelet events are Aug 8th-Aug 15th.

With the low number of cash games there I'm guessing it might be impossible to clear the full $1,000 of bonus even if you played 24 hours a day. Haha.

I really don't understand why everybody doesn't just copy Stars and make a good client. It's sluggish, looks bad, no PokerTracker...hardly any games. I made an account cause Stars went down briefly and probably won't come back.

This is an example of competition actually being bad for the customers. Having three sites in PA is a disaster, it's just splitting up what is already a very small player pool, leading to low volume everywhere.

Online poker in PA will likely be a joke until they merge with other states.

Anyone make an account and not be given any deposit options besides Deposit at the cage? Booked trip to PA from out of state and I can't even deposit. Live chat wasn't of any help. Tried to re-download, tried on mobile, no option besides this to deposit.

I have friends on discord who made accounts this week and had no issue depositing and had many options to deposit.

I called these pricks this morning after I couldn't withdrawal ANYTHING from my account. I'm sick of this slowPAYing bullshit. After I get this last bit of money off WSOP, I'm back to Stars full time.

Agreed, PA only needs one site until there are combined pools. PA Stars is fine, but having the Party and WSOP site is complete overkill right now. There are so few cash games on all of the non Stars sites, it's embarrassing at this point. I'm glad there up there and there is competition, I can't wait for the pools to combine to make cash games viable on more than 1 site.

I'm not depositing on the non stars sites until we get combined pools. I play 97% cash, 2% S&Gs and 1% tournaments at this point.

In the very least, the arrival of Party and WSOP got us a couple of reload bonuses at Stars that we likely wouldn't have gotten otherwise.
When the states combine player pools then maybe that will provide addition motivation for improved rakeback/rewards at Stars. But right now it is a big nothing unless you are all over it on the tourney overlays that the other sites provide. I was hopeful that their arrival might make a difference but it seems almost completely unnoticeable.
Additionally, the software on those sites is kind of annoying too.

The overlays are great right now! The only problem is that once you smash the fish and grab a couple deep runs, getting your winnings off WSOP is SO ****ING FRUSTRATING!!!

Those 3 exclamation points are to illustrate the frustration I've had with WSOP PA. In my 18 year poker career, I have never had to call a site to receive a small withdrawal. I did a simple $20 withdrawal test, to check banking times. Stars is so fast, that I suppose I'm spoiled, so when WSOP took 8 days to send me $20, I lost my ****. I won a few of those $1k freeroll's and wanted to get the winnings off the site ASAP because I hate waiting for stupid things. There's no way in hell that I should wait any longer than 24 hours to receive my withdrawal.

AT THIS MOMENT IT'S NOT POSSIBLE TO EVEN WITHDRAWAL. THEY'VE REMOVED THE OPTION ENTIRELY

At this point, the only reason that I haven't deleted the app is because now I have to wait until they reinstate the ability for players to withdrawal.

Anyone else having an issue on PC with the poker lobby not fitting on their screen? On my laptop the lobby is huge and you have to drag it around to see all of it, it's way off of the screen. I contacted support and sent them a screen shot and they said they'd look into it. That was days ago.

Dumbest company in Pennsylvania, or worse? Is it possible that the software was released in gamma?

this happens to me too when I have the windows display scale and layout on a zoom (200% for example). If you are too, try setting it to 100% and see if that fixes your problem because it does for me

Yeah, anybody who’s not gonna be able to clear a large bonus in 90 days, make a smaller deposit to start, because you have to clear that before you start working on the free $50. Ugh.

3rd party software, costs ~$2/month. It has lots of other uses besides resizing lobby, they have a support thread here in the commercial software forum if you’re interested in more info.

Tried to make an account yesterday to play in the PA Kickoff bracelet events and they said I needed to upload documents and have them verified before I could deposit, and the verification process would take a couple days - frustrating, maybe this was known and I was in the wrong for trying to create an account and expect to play same day. Oh well...
