This would not have been good software in 2008. Beyond that, I have a constant lag when using it.
You get used to it...kinda
Not offering options to change font but you can be 17 different types of animal avatar, ok.
New rant.
The constant lag??
Desktop pc is 8700k , 64gb ram, ssd , dedicated GPU - The app freezes/crashes multiple times throughout the day. Just played 1-2 hrs crashed twice, had chrome, civilization 5, pokerstars, etc all open. CPU sub 20%, ram usage non existant. I did have 6-8 tables open and I feel that more tables, or update has increased crashing or at least my frustration so I am more inclined to rant about it.
My laptop is a 1260p(12th gen mobile whatever), 16gb ram, ssd, integrated graphics - holy **** - I swear this thing is going to explode, probably because of no graphics card? Again cpu and ram usage are not high but I load 3 tables and I get tables whiting/greying out, lagging etc, and then like every 1/3 times the app just freezes and crashes... This is plugged in. Maybe I overshot with my expectations of a 12th gen best "mobile" chip instead of the H or HQ or HX or whatever the more serious laptop processor is from intel.
Probably because it is so graphically intensive? No idea. It's worse with chrome open but cpu and ram usage are not unusual or even strained according to task manager.
The mobile app is quite excellent. Never crashes, transfers to and from desktop smoothly.
