-Michigan Online WSOP Circuit Events for 2022
-Potential WSOP Bracelet Events for 2022
-Shared Liquidity with NJ, DE, and NV, sometime in 2022 but could take as long as 2023 to lunch given the pace of how things have developed in the past.
-PA joins shared pool, 2023 or later due to their evident indifference to poker
-WSOP could also enter into West Virgina, Connecticut, and Illinois markets by 2023 or 2024 and shared liquidity after that could happen.
-Wsop goes live in Ontario and the first international liquidity pool goes live. 2025

Most of this is likely and some is my pure speculation. All in all, great things are happening for Michigan poker players.

I played WSOP in Vegas while playing the WSOP live events last year and i wasn't able to use a HUD. The software is garbage as well. Still very excited though.

I believe WSOP Vegas is on the old software still? Michigan *should* be getting the newer 888 software that PA got? Don't quote me on that though...see ya on the tables!

Yup - so I'm trying to figure out if there is anything to sweeten the deal...cuz for those of us on Diamond or Black boxes on Stars...it really doesn't make sense to try and clear on WSOP unless there are some additional sweeteners...

Has anyone received information about prohibited software? I am assuming HUDs won't work since there doesn't seem to be saved Hand Histories, but are we allowed to have HUD software open for use on other sites while logged into WSOP MI?

As mentioned HUD's won't work since no saved hand histories, I have been playing MGM, PS along with WSOP and HM3 all night Monday - no issues. And others have to on Twitch using WSOP from other states plus running others sites and their HUD's.

You will be fine - no worries.

HM3/PT4 can't work if an unsupported/un-allowed site doesn't write hands locally, so they should not be giving warnings for using it on other sites while playing their sites. That said, I believe WSOP PA? was giving prompts/warnings for a few months about using PT4 on other sites while their software was open but they have since stopped doing that AFAIK.

For some reason Hand2Note automatically picks up and builds a HUD, despite there being no handhistory support in the client, and H2N not actually supporting the software. It's using someone else's software now, with the handhistory disabled.

This version of the WSOP software is absolute unadulterated garbage. There is absolutely no redeeming value about this software whatsoever. It is worse than Global's new software, and that is an absolute mockery of poker. This is far, far, far the worst thing I've seen since at least a few years before Black Friday.

What? Why? It's better than BetMGM software. The only thing I dislike is the bet slider doesn't climb in 0.5 increments. 888Caption is going to update soon to provide support for WSOP.MI. Purchase that.

I can't imagine in any way it's better than Bet MGM. The entire user interface is beyond terrible, it's extremely difficult to figure out what's going on at any given time, it's severely lacking in options, the sound effects are terrible, the amount of screen space required to display the massive amount of unnecessary crap that is on screen prevents me from comfortably tiling 4 tables at 1920x1200 .. it's basically like if the people who designed Global right now said "let's fix all the game breaking bugs, but make it even harder to use, and also make it so that the client crashes out completely whenever you're four-tabling and click buttons in the wrong order."

Just looking at the table graphics puts me on tilt so hard that I can't even remember how to play, and then trying to find the action buttons makes me leave instead.

Interesting. Are you playing on mobile by any chance? On a PC / laptop, BETMGM is old and clunky. WSOP is very clean and there is basically no screen clutter, not really sure what you are referring to? Personally speaking, WSOP.MI > Stars > BetMGM in terms of client software on a PC right now. Took me a minute to figure out how to make notes, but other than that...it's slick. BetMGM **** looks it was made in 1942.

Then again, i'm 6-8 tabling on a 32" 2560x1080 ultrawide w/ 2nd monitor for lobbies. I've also had no crashes whatsoever.

I have some complaints with the software. I'm also playing on a PC. The small card graphics and lack of a clear fade out of folded players make it more tedious to figure out who is in a hand. There's less of a significant notification in terms of GUI change when the action is on you. And the bet timer display doesn't pop out the same way. When multi-tabling I like to be able to tell at a glance of any table exactly what is going on (whose still in the hand, where the action is, and what options I may have to face now or later). I'm finding that more difficult on this site.

Yeah, maybe it has a more modern look to it compared to MGM or Stars, but I'm definitely struggling to keep up with the action on the site compared to the other 2. Hopefully it's just takes some time to habituate to it, as I remember having similar issues going from Stars to Party, but I don't remember it being this bad.

This isn't a more "modern" look this is "what if a 9 year old designed poker software". Whenever someone is all in, everyone involved's cards expand to cover their entire player box, so you can't see what anyone's chip counts are, the action button area takes up a full 1/5th of the *entire window* which is what is causing the tables to be untileable at a usable size on 1920x1200.

There's no way to "auto muck", it always gives players the option to show their cards, which wastes an incredible amount of time. If you click to close one table while another is opening, the client crashes. The "waiting for table" window for blast is a completely different size from the table window that it will turn into, and does not follow any placement rules whatsoever.

With any more than 1 table open, it is virtually impossible to tell what table wants your attention. Cascading does not give you anywhere near enough distance between the window handles to be able to click between them. Tiling doesn't work on a sane monitor configuration, because the entire action bar, as well as the upper points counter/menu buttons are completely separate from the rest of the table -- a complete waste of screen space.

For some reason it's randomly popping up white boxes next to players that show their name and chip counts, and obscuring other parts of the table.
If there is a note taking facility, I can't find it. There isn't an auto-post, so if you've got a dead blind, it will sit and wait for you to post it .. and then you can't see that you posted it.

About the only thing this software gets right, is that it actually gives the audible indicator that it's my turn when it's actually my turn, *and* i can input, unlike Stars, which pops the table up and gives alert *long* before it's ready to accept your input.

Also, no chat, no equities displayed (despite the option being on), it's got a damned rabbit hole view that it *also* waits for people to select (doesn't seem to work, though).

This software is a complete waste of time, space, and effort. Global has a better chance of producing a better product than this is, for desktop play, and global only seems interested in improving it's mobile.

.... all that ranting done, are they still giving away tickets every 10 seconds? because that's the only reason I'm still here 12 hours later. and I haven't received a ticket in a while, unsure if that's just because there's more players during the day, or not.

Also, ranting more, there's no cash game table selection. You just get thrown in whatever one it chooses.

oops, found out equities work in tournaments. tournaments play MUCH better t han cash here. It's still pretty terrible. Also there's no advance-check option only check/fold.

There is no lobby button on tourney tables

There's an option for % of Pot buttons, but it doesn't work. Only gives options for multipliers of blinds.

Each site has their pros/cons. I think my biggest complaint with WSOP is the note/tag feature. I shouldn't have to click my mouse 100x in hopes the note/tag feature will pop up. It's such a hassle just to take notes, I kind of don't even bother. If anyone can figure out how you can take notes on a player, on a consistent basis, please let us know; thank you.

No idea on notes, I don't think it has it, but maybe it does? Almost everything useful is hidden away, and nothing is in the "standard" position for anything.

Sure, each site has pros/cons, but I don't play Global anymore because I have access to better sites now. This is only above Global because Global still has broken aspects of their poker game entirely. I'm only here as long as they are giving stuff away

Well all sites have issues, I think Pokerstars leads the charge on PC for the best client in MI, then WSOP and then MGM. Ekdieko - on the flip side this version of WSOP is better than old client that I think the poor people in NV still have....granted it doesn't help us - I get it - but man the old version WSOP that I've seen on Twitch is so bad.

What I hope is going happen since they just announced WSOP and GG Poker are in Canada partnership last week. Eventually WSOP will integrate GG Poker client which seems pretty awesome from what I've seen by the Twitch streamers. That will be the bomb in Michigan for a poker client along with Pokerstars.

At least WSOP will probably get us our combined state liquidity pools pretty fast with MI, NV and NJ, hopefully by the end of the year or sooner.

We shall see...
