I heard recently WSOP made the switch from giving out real gold bracelets and rings to completely fake ones worth no more than $1 in metal content. What idiot decided on this change? 1st place money is already going to get at least $10k on even the lowest buy ins of any ring event, if costs are really so tight they'd be better off shaving the winnings off the 1st place prize money directly so they can send the winners a real 16k+ gold ring for $500 rather than devalue their brand to lower lows thought possible with cheap knock-off fake rings. This change alone is gonna make my fish self stop dropping my fish money on anymore of these events.

Sorry just saw this, I just started cashing out at casino a few months ago, I think the average is about 2 days, fastest ive gotten one is about 36 hours, longest is probably 2.5 days

i would guess for most people the value of the bracelet is not in the gold but the ability to show it off to friends. you do still get first place prize money

Requested a near 40k ach withdrawal sunday night (well early monday morning) its been pending since then, almost 80hrs later. Is this the new norm? I havnt played on here in awhile. I remember it being like 24hrs pending, and another 24hrs to hit your bank acct.

I’ve never gotten a cashout this quickly. You can call to expedite the cashout if you’re champions club.

Well im NJ not NV but that shouldnt really matter, but yea used to go pending for about 24hrs where you can reverse it, then it would approve and show next day in my acct.

Its 2021. Most other sites offer same day payouts via paypal, cage. Ach cleared usually within 48hrs.

Is wsopbill still a thing? Seems like if their offering tournaments with 5 & 6 figure payouts they should have their payment processing on point.

Did another cash at cage withdrawal in the past week.

Same as usual time frame of late, 1.5 days for approval, picked up at Rio process at the cage was fast.

Just an update, I did get my payout ~ pending for 5 days, got my ach in 9 days.

Still I think this time frame is ridiculous, especially when their TOS claims 2 days max for pending.

This is normal for every ACH withdrawal I've done over the past 2 years. It's not fast, but I wouldn't call it ridiculous.

I know it's not that easy for everyone, but I got my cash at the cage withdrawal within 11 hours. For someone that has been doing this for 15 years, and had to go through a million hurdles, money stolen etc from different websites, I think that is rather remarkable. In general ACH or paypal have taken between 2-6 business days for me which are time periods I can live with.

Anyone having problems logging in? I registered for a tournament and then WSOP just shut down. Anyone else experience this?

WSOP has repeatedly shut down on me. Has anyone else experienced this today? I even bought into a tourney and then the site just shut down.

Sure would be nice if they ran some satellites to the smaller WSOP events (generic $500 or $1000 tickets) like they've done in past years!

has anyone played with GitGot on wsop/nevada? i am 99% sure he is a bot. seems to have the HU super turbo lobbies locked up for himself only and played a few tournaments with him where he always snap folded or half a second and raised. never ever deviated from this in the 500 or so hands i watched.

i reported him to wsop security and they are a joke and their response was "he is our diamond club member (or what ever their highest rewards program is). he cannot possibly be a bot."

like volume isnt any indication for a bot. also wsop.com has him listed as someone from the United Kingdom (playing in nevada) and they told me that he cannot be a bot because he used a social security number to sign up.

i have this feeling they do not do any sort of security because people use their SSN to sign up

can anyone think of a reason wsop would start their online bracelet events at 8:30 est?

Hi, Molly4Lunch here. My account got suspended many months back, and I was emailed on Septemeber 12th to send in documents to unblock my account. At the time I was given no reason for my suspension, but have called recently and was told that it is a "routine checkup" to find my source of income.

The documents asked were proof of address and proof of income. I sent both these documents in on Sept 13th and was told that WSOP would get back to me within two days.
After two days and not hearing anything back, I called wsop toll free number (1-866-745-2385) on Sept 15th. They say they're escalating the matter to the top and will get back to me within two days. I call again on Sept 17th, and receive the same news. I call again on Sept 20th, and am told that the matter JUST NOW got escalated to the top.

On Sept 24th, I get a direct line to the a WSOP supervisor (702-207-5160). He mentions how this is the first time the team is seeing my documents and that he will send them to the "financial department". I'm BAFFLED it's their first time seeing my documents. He also promises that 100% guarantee I will get a phone call back on the 25th and he will tell me whether the financial department has concluded their review on my documents. Of course, I never get the phone call on the 25th. I call back Sept 26th, and the person on the phone says a supervisor will call back within 48 hours. I am still waiting on the call back.

It just seems my account suspension is not a priority and I am treated like trash waste.

Here is a timeline of the events

September 12th - WSOP emails me to send in documents to unblock the account.

Septemeber 13th - I send in the docuemtns via https://cashier-nj.secured-igaming-services.com/. I am told that the WSOP will respond to me in two days.

September 15th - I call 1-866-745-2385 and they say the documents are still under review and that the situation is being escalated to the top. They say I will hear back in two days.

September 17th - I call 1-866-745-2385 again, and they say the same thing as September 15th.

September 20th - I call 1-866-745-2385, and am told that the situation JUST NOW got escalated to the top.

September 24th - I get a direct line to a WSOP supervisor (702-207-5160). He mentions how this is the first time the team is seeing my documents. I am promised that he will 100% call back tomorrow.

September 25th- I receive no phone call back from WSOP supervisor.

September 26th - I call back Sept 26th, and the person on the phone says a supervisor will call back within 48 hours. I am still waiting on the call back.

Please, I am asking your team to do anything in your ability to speed this process up. I have been extremely tilted since this incident has happened, I have no where to play online poker.

What can I do in this situation? I've emailed them, I've called them. It's been such a EXTREMELY frustrating process. Any advice is appreciated

Does anyone here play on this site? If so, any tips on the best way to analyze your play. I don't think any database is allowed and was wondering how people are breaking down hands they previously played.

When I first started playing it always successfully verified my location at startup within seconds, after a few months half the time it said they are having trouble verifying my location and to retry, now every single time it says we are having trouble validating my location and I haven't been able to play for weeks.

While you're still at the table you can flip through the hand re-player

That's pretty lame. The customer service has always been subpar. I would just call and follow up every day.

I wouldn't bother with emailing them, I've tried that a couple times and been ignored.
