Can someone clarify if Credit Card deposits are just treated as a regular credit card purcahse?

I saw some warning about it being treated as a cash advance or something. Is this true or is it just like I bought anything with a credit card?

I believe a few years ago I used a CC to add a couple $100 and I got hit with some kind of fee of $10 from CC company.

No fee for ACH and its instant.

In case anyone else runs into this issue i figured it out. It actually downloads in the background just go to Samsung folder, my files, click APK installation files, downloads, and the wsop.com APK should be in there to install.

I went to their page and clicked on the download link, but my malware software, malwarebytes, wouldn't let me download it. This is the first time that has ever happened. I contacted WSOP with this information, and received an e-mail:

I replied that this doesn't address my problem. I received this e-mail:
If that is the case then you should allow the download to occur or uninstall the system that is preventing WSOP from being downloaded
I disabled malwarebytes to download the install software, but I didn't open it. Instead, I went to the Virus Total web site and had it scanned. The results showed 2 pieces of malware.

The first allows access to your computer so someone can take control of it. The second is a Russian based ransom-ware. I apprised WSOP of the names and nature of the malware on the 10th, but have not heard a thing. I was wondering if anybody has used the WSOP installer, and what has happened to them. It's most likely a false positive since only 2 anti-viruses found this and there is almost 0 chance it's a virus if you downloaded it from their official page.

Thanks for the response. Virus Total is a site dedicated to analyzing suspicious files and sharing them with the security community according to the site. That's all they do. I've used them before to scan software I've downloaded, and they've accurately found any virus or malware in several files. I've installed files with minor infections to see if they were right, and they were. I'd rather not tempt fate with a ransom-ware malware. Virus Total uses about every anti-virus there is in their scan. Sophos is the one that discovered the ransom-ware.

Hi! I realized that I should have been clearer. I don't know about all the WSOP software, I downloaded the Pennsylvania version.

The wsop PA version is running on the new 888 software I believe. I’m guessing trojan warning may be caused by their geolocation technology that may be mining your computer for illegal softwares like screen shares and virtual desktop software.

Thanks for the response. I don't see how geolocation can be mistaken for ransom-ware. I still haven't received a response from WSOP.

The file scans your computer to check if you are using any software that allows you to remote desktop into a PC from outside. One user above mentioned how WSOP detected a trojan for them before their anti-virus did lol.

Has anyone else had problems creating an account and being able to play? I have been trying for weeks and they will not approve my account. I have given them the front and back of my driver's license, my passport, my most recent bank statement, and my social security card and they still have not verified my account and they will not allow me to make a deposit or play. I called them tonight and they hung up on me after leaving me on hold for 10 minutes because they close at 9pm so at 9:00pm exactly the call disconnects then when I call back they said they were closed. They are the absolute worst people to deal with. What can I do? I have filed a complaint with the NGC but that is a complete waste of time because their response was that "WSOP can allow whoever they want and deny whoever they want". I don't know what special circumstances allow someone to play on their site but I am guessing you must have to be the son or daughter of the royal family or something.

How long is cage cash out nowadays? I haven't cash out at the cage in over a year, but it used to be within 12 hours. If I request a cash out now, how likely would it be available to be picked up by tonight? Also does the Rio cashier still serves WSOP.com?

Can someone tell me in what directory can one find the player notes file for notes we take about the players for a windows 7 computer and a windows 10 computer. I can't locate the file on either type computer.

documents/WSOP.com/"your user name"/Notes.xml

There is also PlayersNotes.ini but I think its the Notes.xml one.

It typically takes between 24-48 hours the last 3-4 i've done over the last 6 months
