Anyone else having withdrawal issues? It has been over 10 days and my withdrawal request still hasn't been processed. And WSOP support is being unresponsive. It has never taken this long in the past.

Requested cash at cage yesterday evening. Ready for pick up this morning. It's usually ready the same day though. It usually takes longer if I do bank deposit. I think it took 2-3 weeks once with that method.

Mine took a little longer than usual, but nothing crazy. Requested 4/13 received today 4/19 via PayPal

Their support is an abomination.

Having some lobby issues. All boxes checked in filter

1. I have a friend playing xyz table right now, and that table just doesn't exist in my lobby at all.

2. He says join me at other xyz table. That table shows 0/6 people sitting. When I open the table, it's actually a full game.

3. I can't open some tables. "The table you have requested is no longer available." But other people can sit there no problem.

4. I left the table 20 minutes ago and it still says I'm sitting there. It's like the lobby won't refresh.

I've been complaining about no traffic on WSOP for quite some time. Turns out this whole time something is up with my lobby. Anyone have this issue before?

Never seen that issue or heard of anyone else experiencing it. I would say contact support but they generally tend to be useless.

Are you both located in the same state? I noticed when I logged in from DE some tables/stakes weren’t available that are in NJ/NV.

Breaking: partypoker US Network to Debut in Pennsylvania with BetMGMPoker and Borgata Poker

The launch of two online poker rooms in Pennsylvania is another step forward for legal regulated online poker in the US.

"The partypoker US Network will be the home to the second and third online poker rooms in Pennsylvania starting Tuesday April 27, according to a statement issued to pokerfuse from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board."

"If the legal hurdles to interstate online poker networks are cleared, not only will we see more players flock to the tables because of the bigger tournament guarantees and the wider selection of games that comes with a bigger potential player pool, but we will likely also see the partypoker US network launch in Nevada (where it is already licensed) and the first online poker room launch in West Virginia."

"With the population of both of those states being on the smaller side, online poker operators have been hesitant to expand there until they are able to connect their player pools from larger states.

When that happens (and perhaps even before then) we could also see the launch of WSOP PA. With one of the most-well known brands behind it (the World Series of Poker), the ability for PA poker players to compete for a coveted WSOP bracelet from the comfort of their own home, and the promise of the new Poker 8 platform from 888poker, WSOP PA is likely to be a big success."

I agree and I am surprised how awful WSOP.com is. They are the World Series of Poker and I would think their name would mean something to them but they don't care at all. Their lack of support and the way the site has such a major issue like with the wi-fi geolocation problems, it's just embarrassing. I would love to see another option in Nevada. The legal and regulated thing is a complete scam though because those people aren't regulating anything. I filed 4 complaints and 3 of them were ignored. I did get a reply back from a supervisor who asked me if there was a particular hand that I wanted to dispute and he ignored my entire complaint. He then gave me a phone number that when called said was not in service. Then one lady called me and she didn't even know that a deck of cards has an ace and a king in it. I asked her if she played or understood what I was talking about and she said no and then said "so there's aces and kings?".

Anyone else receive an email from WSOP that you can register for a freeroll into the $500 WSOP Online Bracelet Freezout and then when you go to register it say " You have no tickets for this tournament"? LOL

I totally agree with you. They are the World Series of Poker and yet they cannot even get working software. They have big name pros who come to play their online series and you can't even do things that are just common sense on other sites. Such as seeing your chipstack in BB and not in Chips, or how about being able to customize your bet sizes. These things are so standard nowadays and people playing volume of MTT's I guess take for granted. They do have the worst costumer support, they don't listen, I got banned once and it took them months to figure out why I got banned (Bc of their crappy geolocating service, so not even my fault). I had to open a complaint with the Nevada gaming Commission. Ok rant over, have a nice day!

They seem to have banned me too. I can't geolocate from my house in Henderson or anywhere around town with my cell phone. Every time I write support they say they will investigate and get back to me but they never do. Maybe I should complain to the gaming commission. Right now I just play elsewhere there's really little to attract me to the site.

I think Party launching in Nevada is still too speculative to get excited about now. I want it, but Party/MGM have had that license a few years and done nothing with it.

My best guess is the way Nevada gets a second poker site is to get rid of the sports mobile app in-person registration requirement so platforms can be tied together like in other states. That is not possible now. That poor regulatory scheme holds Nevada back.

WSOP tried some when it had to compete against Ultimate Poker. Once they won that race, I feel strongly they stopped trying, and had a level of arrogance I have never seen out of few poker sites, especially one so awful.

The best thing for Nevada online poker would be to make WSOP have to try again, and for players to have a choice.

I see that I'm not the only one who received the ban hammer without explanation. I have worn out my keyboard, typing them e-mails to never receive a single response, and when I call they pull up my account then hang up. I have talked to the gaming commission and don't waste your time. It's a joke and it's a complete scam. They hire people that have no clue or at least they act like it. They are either in on it or they wouldn't know a normal poker game from one where a player is being cheated. The lady I spoke to literally didn't know what was in a deck of cards. Not kidding, she really didn't know. Caesar's palace is a multi billion dollar casino and someone working at the NGC for $40,000 a year isn't going to bring them down with anything. The whole story of licensed and regulated is a complete joke, it's a way to lure the public with a sense of security while they rob you blind.
