So we just headed from Salt Lake down here to Mesquite last night so the girlfriend could lay by the pool and i could play the Spring OC tourneys over the weekend. Just tried to login and i get the "unable to verify location" prompt and no game are available for me to sit or register. Has anyone else had these type of issues as of late? It does say that this could happen if you are too close to the boarder but it seems absurd to me that it wouldn't validate this location as there are local casinos a block or two away.
So apparently the new deposit bonus for May, even tho it clearly shows May 1st to 31st in 2 different places but shows it starts on Tuesday May 5th in one place, the later is correct.
As I tried to use it just now and says promo is invalid. So I guess May 5th it is. I guess its hard to get matching info on the same page of a website.
I just used the bonus code and it showed it used successfully but not showing up in status bar or under bonuses. I'm guessing it'll take effect on the 5th which is a dumb mistake on their part. I better get all the days allotted to clear it.

This site never ceases to amaze me in its inability to accomplish even simple tasks. I believe its issues are a contributing factor to why online poker legalization stalled. All the mistakes and mismanagement run customers off, which in turn lowers tax collections, making it appear not worth the trouble to other states.
I want my timebank to automatically start when my time expires when action on me, or I'm disconnected.
I see that in the settings there is this "Time Bank Activation" that can be set to either "Automatic" or "Manual". But in either setting, it folds my cards before activating the timebank.
Yea, that would be nice, but no dice. You have to manually click the time bank button to get it to activate. Not sure if you are the bb in unraised pot Pre tho. Or if you have money in the pot on later streets. AFAIK it never activates on its own.
Ok, I will test that out to make sure I have it set right.
I really never need it except when I want to run to the kitchen to grab something in between hands or if needed to hit bathroom real quick and not miss a hand. If just playing 1 tournament and not multi tabling.
So either of those scenarios wouldn't work for me anyway.
I recently bought a new computer and would like to transfer over my settings and notes from my old computer. Is it possible anyone would know how to do this? Thanks so much.
I was about 2 hours into a tournament on WSOP.com with a decent sized stack when the software booted me out of the tournament with error message "unable to verify location".
I had to log out/in 6 times till it finally put me back in my seat but I had lost about 1/3 of my stack. I'm playing on my desktop pc with a direct cable connection in Henderson, NV.
I've played a couple dozen times since I registered for the site in March this year and never had any problem like this. I contacted customer support and they promised to get back to me within 72 hours!
