WSOP is so fake its beyond lol, ive been playing online since partypoker days but this is just pretty absurd and its as if they've amped up the set ups/pot builders to a new unrealistic high recently.

With that said ive made decent money on it for years and by far the best/fastest way to cashout is money at the cage.

+1, every cage cashout I’ve done has been ready for pickup in less than 48 hours

It’s worth mentioning—I had a situation where I had a backlog of 4 W-2G forms that were not sent to me (this is a tax form sent for individual MTT wins in excess of $5k)—I emailed them about it and they were responsive, though. Said they were experiencing a “technical issue” that was delaying them. And I just received all of them in a bulk email yesterday morning.

If there’s any delay in cashouts, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s related to the series. I have a larger withdrawal pending and am curious to see how long it takes to get to me (bank wire method)

I've never had a withdrawal take more than 72 hours. DE resident, all under $5K.

I've never had one take less than 5 days in DE. lol. I play on Delaware Park. Can we go to the casino and cash out like the WSOP players?

Withdrawal took 3 days. Everything is fine, at least for me.

One bizarre thing though is that they split the withdrawal into 2 payments--I requested 7.5k via ACH, but they sent 4k via PayPal and I'm awaiting 3.5k via ACH. I assume this has something to do with whatever method I last used to deposit being matched by WSOP, but does anyone have any insight?

My interpretation of what happens is that when they process a cashout, they reverse any possible paypal deposits, I'm guessing because it saves on fees on their end. Did you recently make a 4.5k deposit via paypal?

My most recent deposits were in early June, and were all PayPal (just checked)--what's bizarre is that the total amount deposited was more than 4.5k, and none of them were via ACH. As such, I'm wondering why I'm even "allowed" to receive the 3k via ACH at all.

Edit: none of the PayPal deposits were for 4k, for what it's worth

Is there a way to use your own custom graphics with this software? I'd like to correct the four color deck, as well as change the action buttons so they're not so dark.

if you're using mac, try overwriting the images in HD⁩ ▸ ⁨Applications⁩ ▸ ⁨WSOP.com NV⁩ ▸ ⁨Contents⁩ ▸ ⁨Resources⁩ ▸ ⁨Media⁩ ▸ ⁨PokerEx⁩ ▸ ⁨media⁩ ▸ ⁨Decks⁩

if the client downloads the stock images on the restart, try to lock the read and write to read only

I requested a withdrawal today (Saturday) at 6:00 pm. I received this e-mail two hours later:

Thank you for withdrawing $ 600.00 from your WSOP.com account. The transaction has been approved and you can head to the cage to collect your cash.

Your funds can only be received at Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino (3700 W Flamingo Road Las Vegas, NV 89103).

Please note, this withdrawal will expire on 10-August-2019 18:58 (7 days after this email is generated). If you do not pick up your withdrawal, it will be returned to your bankroll.

No casino cashout. I use direct transfer to bank account, and have made withdrawals for five years now all in 72 hours or less.

Just requested 1k Cashout at cage (also rio) I forgot these things take up to 36 hours to process normally. Hoping I will also be able to pickup later today. (2 hours later would be ideal but I won't get my hopes up )

That buyin structure is so bizarre and bad. Addon being the same rate as starting chips. Don't know how they came up up with that but they should make it more in line with their other tournies.

Holy **** 10 mins later withdrawal is processed and ready for pickup. They must have made some upgrades to the system after people complained during/after wsop of slow withdrawals. Fastest I've had cage pickup processed by a country mile. Usually at least 12 hours which I considered fast.

Check out the timstamps:

First email was when I submitted, second is saying come get it.

For anyone interested in withdrawal times. Submitted cage withdrawal at Rio around 10:30 am. 10 mins later they told me it was ready for pickup. Didn't make it out there til around noon or so. Pickup was smooth, took maybe 3 minutes at the cage.

Also I made diamond for the first time last month so I picked up my 2 free show vouchers at the rewards desk. Went right over to the box office and turned them in for 2 tickets to Matt Franco. All in all a successful day!

Requested Paypal withdrawal on 8/2 received on 8/5. I was a little worried seeing some of the replies, but luckily I received it fairly quickly

That's weird. I've made several withdrawals. The request will sit in limbo for a couple of days then say it is approved and will be in my account 2-3 days after that. The withdrawals were over $1,000 though. Maybe that was the reason I don't know. Haven't done one in over 6 months.

I'm not sure what to think about this, as I requested a paypal withdrawal on 8/1 and it's still "awaiting process".

i have also requested ach withdraw in the past and have it end up in my pp

sometimes partial between bank and pp and sometimes just the full amount in pp

never made a huge deal as i just transfer from pp to bank

they always make me wait off to the side like a peasant when i do a cage withdraw so i usually avoid that but might reconsider after reading this thread

Does anyone have problems where you log on and start playing the 10-15 minutes in to it a box pops up saying they can’t locate you and then kicks you off? Happened to me repeatedly tonight. Support was of no help. Finally just quit playing. Tons of action tonight too. Worst night for it to happen.
