You use a different sites app, as wsop does not have plo on mobile. Only way to do it is teamviewer from your laptop, but that blows. So basically, other site or app.

As long as you cash out via electronic check to bank 1-3 days it’s free
If you do instant deposit it’s 1% with a max cap of $10

Is there live chat support I'm not seeing? It's been over 24hrs with no reply from an email to customer service and the WSOP online tournament is tomorrow so I could use some help quickly.

I know what my username is but I don't remember the password or what e-mail address I used. I tried the e-mail addresses that I usually use in the 'forgot password' field but it said none of them are on file, which is hard to believe. If anyone from wsop.com is reading this PM me or give your e-mail a check. Any suggestions?

Ahh, they have a phone number. For anyone needing help: 866-745-2385.

I'm sure this is mentioned 100x in this thread but I didn't skim more than the last page. For anyone having the same problem it's because they merged platforms in May 2018 so accounts before that don't work. Lady on the phone told me to make a new account.

I'm in town for the WSOP and wanted to start a new account here. I assumed I'm just supposed to enter my real out of state address. This must be the case? Anyways, I kept getting error message that my SS# doesn't match my address. I've been at the same address for 7 years. Anyone have any insight on this? I guess I should probably just call this number just given here.

It said my SSN didn't match my date of birth which isn't true, so they must be having some issues with that in the registration. Just continue to create your account, they'll give you a 'temporary account', and then they're going to ask you to upload a picture of your ID. They confirmed it pretty quick for me and you're good to go. Yes, use whatever out of state address your ID is in.

Is it safe to assume tomorrow’s 100k can hit 200-300 or more?
They have the $400 bracelet event and I figure if that’s $400 surely some people won’t mind spending $215 for the 100k

I’m driving to the jersey border to play the $400 and was debating if I should enter the 100k or just use a second bullet if needed for the bracelet. Last year it nearly hit 1M

IMO the mobile app blows better off playing on laptop or pc with that being said I've never had issue on iphone

The 320 typically gets 250-300 runners with enough re-entries to easily cover the 100k. I would expect the 215 to easily cover as well, it's possible that a bunch of people are concentrating on the 400 and aren't trying to sat in/won't buy in to the 215, but I think all the out of towners who are planning on staying in and grinding the full WSOP.com schedule tomorrow will easily outnumber them. It might be the toughest the weekly 100k will be all year.

So the $400 bracelet event got over 2800 entries and the prize pool just topped $1 million. The Online Championship Sunday $215 had a $233k prize pool.

Twitter is full of complaints about WSOP Android not working. The conclusion drawn is that it does not seem to be compatible with newer devices.

The bracelet event got 1965 entries and 860 "rebuys".

Out of state player. Cant login to wsop nv account. I want to deposit money prior to my arrival. I havent logged into my account in two years. I assume the account was deleted when they merged with wsop nj? Its comical because support is so bad they couldn't even tell me that, I had to Google it. Now it's been days since my last inquiry. I want to get the go-ahead to open a second wsop NV account because I dont want to get in trouble for having 2 accounts if my old one has been preserved. Any advice? Support will not respond! I get better support from offshore sites like bovada. Lol.

Yes, new accounts needed to be set up after the 3 state merger. So just go ahead and make a new account, too, and you'll be good to go.

I don't remember the exact process on the merger but I was able to keep my same screen name from original sign up in NV and still in NV.

The support is ****-tier, you're right on that.

Basically, when NV and NJ merged, they moved the site to the NJ site. So if you had a NV account, you had to make a new account on wsop.nj. So now when you try to log into wsop.nv, you're redirected behind the scenes to wsop.nj, where you haven't created an account yet. So all you have to do is create a new account. They transfered all money/tickets over to the new accounts at the merger last year, so I'd assume there's some accounting of your old balance that should show up on your new account, but I'm not sure how long that would take. Also you'll have to re-verify your account when you cash out.

Anyone ever have a few hundred missing from their balance while playing? I don’t know if the cashier takes time to update but I am missing around $400.
