Is it possible to run a poll? If so, can someone do it?

1 - I'm using Windows 10 and the WSOP software is unusable
2 - I'm using Windows 10 and the WSOP software works for me
3 - I'm using Windows 11 and the WSOP software is unusable
4 - I'm using Windows 11 and the WSOP software is unusable

I'm still amazed that their developers can't do better than this. The software, which never should have been released, was put out 4 months ago.

I'm on Windows 11 and the software is much better since the update. I haven't had a crash or really any issues with the software at all in the last month (or whenever the update happened).

My biggest complaint about the site now is that 80% of the tournaments worth playing are mystery bounties with absolutely terrible prize pool structures. They might as well just turn the other 20% into Buffalo Wild slots (or Fruit Smash!). It's no fun to get 20th/750 people with one bounty and make 1.2 BIs after 5 hours. Or getting 20% of the mystery bounties in play and getting all minimums.

I know that eventually my luck will change (I hope), but it makes me wonder how many mystery bounty tournaments you need for a sufficient sample, since 40% of the prize pool gets sent off in a million different directions. 10K games? 15k? 20? Since these are a newer format, does anyone even know yet?

And I make these complaints knowing that WSOP is making way too much rake from them to ever consider changing to anything else...just venting.

Couldn't agree more - and I've been on the good side of variance, spiking 2 top bounties in a relatively small sample of MB tournaments. As for what sample size you need... this seems like it should be pretty easy to model in excel if you really want to just get like a ballpark estimate.

Wish they had a schedule comparable to what they had before the merger.

YES This is absolutely maddening. This is a horrible user experience its like getting slowrolled everytime you get called and lose. PLEASE FIX THIS

is anyone experiencing a terrible lag in the software today. I haven't had the issues that most of you have had but it's unplayable as I type this.

I'm not... outside of the regularly scheduled absolutely horrifically slow game pace.

Im curious if anyone here is knowledgeable enough to address this....

My limited understanding (and I've been playing online for a long time) was that the subsequent street card isn't actualized until the previous street is completed.... and that the subsequent street is randomized based on action timing?

I don't check my hand histories very often... but i played a pot where I moved all-in on the turn and got a fold.... and had to check my HH to reconcile a balance inconsistency.... and to my surprise... within the HH.... there was a complete board (i.e. river card included).

It occurs to me that there would have to be a river card actualized in that spot in order to allow for rabbit hunting.

Perhaps im exceptionally late to the party here, but isnt it insanely problematic that the remainder of the subsequent streets of any given hand exist somewhere (for the ostensible purpose of rabbit hunting)? Does anyone know if they exist prior to the final player folding in any given hand on this client etc.

I appreciate everyone's feedback and if this isnt an issue at all... and if im just flat ignorant in terms of how this works, im happy to have someone tell me that on both counts .

Sorry i glossed over this before.... im having an issue where when i go to bet pot... sometimes the bet slider reverts to min bet before i click it. Its happening enough for me to be aggravated but not enough for me to be livid about it .... just like pretty much everything else.

Is anyone else not able to access challenges on mobile app to collect rake? Every time I try it just spins a loading icon and won’t. Tried redownloading it and nothing.

Almost 100% sure... as others have mentioned previously, that my colors jump around fairly randomly.... and i dont see a whole lot of rhyme or reason to it and no way to address it.

Can someone please explain to me why a cash bonus cost less points that a blast ticket of the same value? You would think it would be the other way around since WSOP makes rake off the blast. There is no reason to pay more points for a blast when you can just buy in with cash. Who is making these decisions at WSOP?

Maybe the same people who made it so I can redeem my credit card points at Walmart checkout for 80% of their value? If there's a way to rip off stupid people then businesses are going to do it, and casinos kinda specialize at that.

Looks like, at least on the mobile version, they updated the WSOP app. The buttons for check/call/ fold have moved, likely in an attempt for fewer misclicks.
