updated my macbook's OS and its working now.....and the new update finally has sounds, very nice

When trying to get new tables going the 2nd player who sits is always sat immediately to my left. So if the game actually gets going from heads up to 6max. It switches from rotating buttons to the ****er having the position on me 5 out of 6 hands. Make the seating random.

Just got an email that the new update only works on Windows 10 or better. But it doesn't even work on mine and other's Windows 10 at all. I can't even 1 table.

Is it just me or is traffic WAY down compared to before the switch?

I play WSOP online in Michigan. Last night I was prompted to download the latest version of the software. Prior to last night, I had almost zero issues with the software. I think one time in the last 3 months I had a geolocation issue, but that's it. I only play tourneys, and typically only 1-3 tables max.

After installing the update last night, I was booted off after about an hour for WSOP not being able to see I was in Michigan. When I tried to restart the client, it said I had no internet connection. Shortly after seeing that, I actually lost my internet connection (this rarely happens, if ever).

I rebooted my PC running Win 10, saw my internet connection was restored, and started WSOP again as I was still in a tourney. I was able to play, but the very odd thing is when I opened up Firefox or Edge, I could not establish an internet connection to browse the internet. This was at the exact same time I was playing on WSOP, and my Windows toolbar showed I had a connection.

I was shortly thereafter booted off again for geolocation and by the time I was able to get back on I was down to 4 BBs and busted the tourney. I uninstalled WSOP from my PC, rebooted, and I have had no internet connection issues since.

What happened last night was strange, and it all seemed to go downhill after that update.

I bet it's only running smoothly on mac and/or Windows 11 or those with certain processors (I have no idea I'm a computer ******). They must be aware of it. I have a perfectly fine Win 10 i7 laptop that I've reinstalled 3 times and 1 table lags so bad you can't even play. How they haven't fired the entire online team is beyond me. Caesars should clean house...complete incompetence.

i havent noticed that. traffic seems up in September compared to august but the update has been worse for me and many others

Ya I was only in LV for the week and came home this morning, but after the update I no longer could play on my laptop and had to resort to playing on my Ipad. Very annoying. The incompetence oof these people is truly stunning. Its not like theyre creating some revolutionary product or anything. There is even open source code out there for poker apps / sites , how they seemingly fail this hard at providing a good product is a real head scratcher for a publicly traded company.

Yes even I have been winning at PLO(2/5 and 5/10 when it runs) and Im what is commonly referred to as a whalereg.

publically traded company is the issue. Companies are so dead set on more profit and making line go up year after year they cut corners in any spot. Its actually insane / dumb since these companies can only do so much before they then start to hurt the business and make -ev decisions in order to try to please investors. Its like 1 person who has a clue and the rest are min wage barely speaking english people.


They already rent out spaces to cash out at the cages for opposing online sports books at the casino cages that dont have a casino there. Why nobody just wanted to rent / pay loyalty to pokerstars for a clone of their software is beyond me.

A few pros and myself were prop players for PALA poker at one point years ago and that was doomed to fail. Software from like 1995. Just unreal stuff lol

Anyone know what triggers the loyalty bonuses? It seems like I've getting a bunch of small ones lately that clear after a few pots.

It might not run on any software if they do another update. It's in complete disrepair atm as they're trying to fix bugs. As of now the site is worthless and traffic is way down.

So you have Mac or Windows 11? Whether or not it's working for some isn't the point. If it doesn't work with Windows 10 then it's a completely useless product and will never have enough recreational traffic to make it worth playing.

I have Windows 11. I agree it's pathetic that it's not working for everyone, I was just wondering if it's gotten better for others because I've only heard of it staying the same or getting worse since the latest update.

Mac has worked for me and is probably the better option unless the latest fix for Windows was mostly successful.

Same. Went and played live 1/2 for a few days after a long layoff and forgot how profitable it is. Timed rake is a game changer. WSOP needs competition. I wish Ultimate Poker was still around. Horrible software but awesome team.
