chat timer kept adding time and then said nobody available after like 20 min. lol

I used cc to deposit and got all the bonuses without a code.

I think the bonus if for your 1st deposit. I doubt transfer but I could be wrong.

Uninstalling the old app didn't work so I deleted all it's files then cleaned the registry with CCleaner. Right clicked the new installer and selected as administrator and it worked fine.

I got it to work through IE. Chrome was giving me the issues.

Anyone else have freezing issues with the new software? I've had it cut out on me like a minute or 2 at a time like 5 times now. Never had this happen with the old software.

The new software doesn't store username and password. There is no "Remember me" check box. Hope they fix this soon. I don't want to type the whole thing a dozen times everyday.

I was able to download and register just fine but my balance is now at $0. Any idea on how long a transfer will take to move the balance over? Can't get a response from support.

Yeah I noticed that right away. Not even username. Really annoying. I hope it isn't due to some regulatory nonsense.

Especially stupid because it encourages people to have weak passwords.

NJ software never had an option to store username/password. Not sure why. Some of the sites do store username here.

When you click the d/l button and the exe file goes to the bottom of your browser. Grab it and drag to your desktop. Then right click it and left click run as admin.

That is what I did and it worked.

did you wsop NV guys have HU SNG previously? because what wsop is currently raking them at is completely ******ed.... lmao its literally increasing as they go up in stakes and hypers and non hypers are raked at the same amount...

actually kinda scared to email them because they will probably read the email and then raise the rake for all of them. like holy moly 5% rake for HUDless $100 hypers....

OK, as previously mentioned, I tried it on IE and got it to work. Chrome seems to be the issue.

I used IE and was able to get it to open, but it won't let me log in. I have reset my password twice and received confirmation of that and received a token, but still cannot log in!
