Using Windows and the lag for WSOP still makes more than 1 table unplayable (I'm running it as an administrator). Is this only affecting some machines and not others?

I have to find a single magic pixel to click on to open player notes, and usually I can't find it. There should be an easy fix to this if anyone at WSOP is paying attention.

There are no responses from support regarding anything

In terms of any issues you have with the client - we are currently working on rectifying these and updates should be released shortly - if these issues continue please advise us as we can have these concerns escalated to the appropriate department.

I would also advise updating your laptop to ensure it is running the newest and most efficient software.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience in this matter.

Got this email the other day, basically a **** you very much, have a good day sir.
Also just talked to support regarding frequent crashes when multitabling. Their response:

“I have been made aware that there are updates incoming for the new client . I will make sure to forward your comments as well , to assure that they are aware of this problem.”

This was via the support chat option. So it appears they’re aware and updates are coming.

I was just asked to upload documents to verify, prior to be able to make a withdrawal. Does anyone know how long it takes them to verify documents right now? Is there a way to speed it up? Thank you!

if you are in Vegas the help desk at Paris can see all uploaded documents within a minute . otherwise you would have to call

It took 4 business days for approval of the documents and the withdrawal was approved pretty much instantly after that.

is your player id number your player ID number under my account?

also am I an idiot or is the only way to see who is at the tables to manually open each table?

one more question.
with your rewards points you can only redeem for them bonus that you have to clear (looks like 20 percent RB) rather than cash like you used to be able to redeem them for?

Even tho I didn’t get the ‘funds are ready’ email, I was able to pick up my previous withdrawal. However when I tried to withdraw again I was told that it was still ‘awaiting processing’ whenever I went to check.

I found out that even though I’m withdrawing from the cage (not PayPal) that I needed to verify my PayPal account before withdrawing this time. This is because I deposited with PayPal (for the bonus) after my previous withdrawal.

They sent me a link to use to upload the picture of my relevant paypal info but that link doesn’t work. So if anyone is going thru the same thing just go to the ‘verify ID’ tab in the deposit/withdrawal webpage and upload the PayPal screenshots there. Then if you’re in LV, as I am, just go to the Paris/WSOP online poker room and the person there can verify it for you. I just did all that and now I got an email saying my (meager) funds are ready.

I'm glad I'm done with this dumpster fire of a site, I cashed out and sent all required documents and now when I tried to log in to see the withdrawal status it can't verify location. LMAO

I've only had this issue after the client froze on me and I had to close and reopen it

It's always let me reload manually. Sometimes it won't register it if you try to manually do it to close to the next hand being dealt

You've just described my daily grind. Open up tables, play until it freezes, which is usually 15-30 minutes into the session, if I'm lucky. Then upon reopening it, I have to manually top off each table as the auto-top off function is broken. Software glitch. Doesn't matter how high-end your PC is, like some are saying. The software clearly has issues and is unstable.

I also notice it's about to freeze when the "extra animations" or rabbit hunt card gets completely blacked out. When I see people throwing black blocks at each other, I know it's about it happen..

Yep, I know it's on the verge of freezing when I start getting the blacked out hand history window. I think usually it will continue working after that as long as I don't open anything new, but as soon as I try to take a note on someone, or open a table it's dead.

Is anyone else as shocked at the lack of name changes? I assumed people would not want me to auto import my old notes without needing to get new reads on them.

Absolutely shocked, yes. I can't for the life of me understand it. And i'd say it's only been less than 5% of the time where it's been an impostor (i.e. clearly not the same user with a different user name... er, you know what i mean, LOL).

I kept the same name. I'm interested to see how people note my playstyle.
