I should've acknowledged that these things were happening to you. I was just contrasting that they're strangely not happening to me and that I've never had a real issue. I similarly would love to see a software upgrade. I just think the complaints likely far outweigh the actual issues with the software.... and forgive me, but I never meant to imply those complaints were coming from you. Actually, quite the opposite.
I appreciate the feedback from a fellow cash game player who's as invested in this as I am. So, again, my apologies for the misunderstanding and thank you.
