One more question. Do you need to be physically in the state to withdraw money from the site? For example, can I submit a withdrawal request, then move out of state that day and its ok or do I need to leave a buffer zone where I stay in NV until the withdrawal is processed?

You can withdraw and deposit from out of state. You just can't play.

I only play poker but with the new credit card offer + online poker, I should be diamond status by now.

Yep just as I suspected, tier credits haven't been credited to my account either, AS ADVERTISED.

Glad I didn't waste as much time playing there that I was planning on. Doing just fine on their competitor's sites and see no reason to divide my time. Maybe I'll just do a rewards match once they get their sht together.

And wtf is going on with the poker platforms and MSIGA, merge the player pools already ffs.

The average joe believes that connecting all sites is as easy as flipping on a light switch. There's so many things that have to happen in the background in order for it to work. Overall, don't be surprised if it takes until the end of the year, or even early next year for MI to connect with the other states.

Which is why I specifically asked 'wtf is going on?' Doesn't sound like you know either.

I wouldn't need to be surprised if maybe there was a rough timeline? I know they just officially signed in, but they've been going on about this since early last year. They build entire hotel-casinos faster than that.

And the platform-infrastructure already exists - several states are already sharing player pools. Same thing with the delayed WSOP NV software update - it already exists.

It's all the same sht, just a bunch of red tape and bureaucratic bullsht. They wait several months to have a meeting deciding one thing, then wait another several months to have another meeting about something else. Meanwhile, BetMGM MI loses nearly half of it's traffic during peak hours.

I think they are just waiting for WSOP to be over, since changing the software and merging could have bugs/etc. I would think by early fall it will happen.

I didn't even know that was a thing.

Makes sense. I've even been to normal hotels that would black out sporting events on their TVs just to get you out to the local bars/restaurants to watch the game. Roku or Firestick would be the workaround there. A hotspot or tethering would be a workaround for wifi.

Never done it myself but for this specific issue I have heard multiple say on twitter to download the WSOP.com app on your phone. sign up for the MTT there (on mobile data not on wifi) , and then switch to your laptop.

Another potential workaround may be regging on laptop while using phone as hotspot. And then once regged switch back to hotel wifi.

Yes, you need to register while on your data mobile or hotspot then you can go back on the hotel wifi.

Apologies if this is the wrong thread for this, but do we know when Michigan/PA will be able to play with Nevadans?

Nobody knows, but my guess is by early September.

Nobody knows...

In order for MI to connect with NV, WSOP needs to update their NV software to the new version. Even when WSOP NV updates, don't expect MI to connect that same day. However, when the software does get updated, that will be a significant clue that something is happening. Looks like we have a September guess (above), and my guess is late fall/early 2023. Now, it's your turn to guess...

As far as PA is concerned, they have 1-5 years before they connect with the other states (less than 5 years is more likely, but the point is there- we're a ways off).

Hello all, I plan to relocate to Reno and wondered what games are spread regularly on WSOP.com? I'm particularly interested in playing Stud8 and Razz. Does anyone know if there is enough of a player base for these games to run on the regular, and if they offer these games in the first place on the software? Also, I wouldn't mind playing limit holdem as well.

Thanks everyone!

The only games that really run are nlhe, plo hi & some hi lo.

Occasionally a stud game but near zero traffic.

I do wish some more mixed games were offered to get my feet wet.

I have Diamond Elite status. It says one of the benefits is $600 airfare credit to Las Vegas. I called, and the guy said he does not see my offer and if it's offered online, I would have to do it through a link online. However, there is no link, it is just listed as a benefit that comes with the status with no directions how to use it. Also, I already live in Las Vegas. Can anyone help me with this?

go to the cashier cage at a caesars property. you need to be checked in a room at the casino at the time to get the credit. need to provide proof of flight or if you live in vegas you can get it as a $600 free bet
