I am honest to god in shock at how bad this is. all they had to do was merge MI to the old software and the site would have improved drastically. With what they have done I feel it is completely dead now. I am withdrawing and idk if I am ever going to play again on wsop. might try global poker for my online play.

Caesars is such a terribly ran corporation. All their Hotels are going to **** and they treat their own customers like second class citizens. It's no surprise WSOP.com is such a junk show. We have 1 Caesars poker room in Reno and they won't even pay for a poker room manager. They force dealers into management with no pay increase. Everyone of their good dealers has migrated over to the Peppermill in the last 5-10 years.

Their stock has gone from $120/share in Sept '21 and is now down to $32/share.
MGM in the same time frame has only gone from $50/share to now $38/share.

Welcome to the club. They killed full ring PLO I think a year ago and some players disappeared. Either they went broke or they hate 6 max.

I'm stuck on this garbage TDY so I can't play until Fall. I'll be back to take yall PLO pool's money when I return to Vegas LOL.

I'm having something much more disturbing than a geolocation issue. I'm unable to login to my old or new account entirely. I successfully preregistered for the new app and received a confirmation email before launch. When attempting to login with the new credentials, I get an error indicating that my account had been deactivated because I failed to provide proper documentation. I was never prompted for any additional documentation. When I try my old credentials, I get wrong username or password, but I am 100% sure they are correct.

I emailed support initially on Monday and still no response. I was able to get through to support via phone after two hour long attempts yesterday and the customer service rep was unsure as to why my account was being deactivated. He said that others are having this issue and they're working on fixing it. Tried creating a new account while on the phone and received the same result. Meanwhile, I have just under $1,000 in my account that I am entirely unable to access with seemingly no recourse. I asked what I could do to follow up, if I could get a direct line or email but was told to just try emailing support@wsop.com or calling again tomorrow.

At what point should I contact the Nevada gaming commission?

im sure this isnt it but make sure you put your username in the u/n box as it does not save username. i might have done that 10x b4 i figured that out. thats probably not your case though. but that is another in list of annoying things, just let me save my username like the other sites.

I could be wrong, but I think that refers to when it tells what you have under your cards, like straight or King high, etc.

This is how I understand it as well. It basically just reads your best 5 card hand for you.

i was having this problem in nj yesterday (in atlantic city no less). all i did was clear the cache (ctrl+shift+del), shut down my system and modem then reboot. it's been fine ever since

i agree that it's very hard to read when the player is not in a hand, but if you hover your cursor over a player's avatar, the name and amount in play pop up in a white box that's much more visible

Same exact issue from me. NJ site. I’ve had account since 2014. Pre registered , said it was successful . Try to log in , I get same “closed account “ error. I’ve called and emailed support since Monday and they just keep saying “it’s been escalated , wait for an email”


They actually had me retry making a new account on phone and it was instantly closed on their end.

Only thing I can think of, is there is something wrong with their verification system , because while making and account they ask 3 credit report-y questions “which address are you associated with? And 4 options… “which phone number have you ever had “ 4 options…

Problem was the 3rd question , I had to select the “none of the above” , because none of the answers were relevant. I’m thinking this may be the issue. However , it said my account was successfully created and even got a confirmation email saying to log in. Then if I try, it says account is closed.

The new software crashed 4 times over a 2 hour session. At other times, the software was unable to confirm that I was in fact playing in Nevada. Normally, I play 6-8 tables at a time, but this afternoon I was only able to play 4 tables at a time due to the unreliability of the software.

In 2017, I remember they had a software update, and the site would pretty much freeze every hand. But then they improved it over time. Hopefully, the company will do something to improve the software.

One other complaint: 9 player SNG are absent. Instead what they do have is plenty of silly gimmicks for silly games and people.

Flapjacks I went through that verification and it was giving me some weird places I never worked at for all 4, had to click none.... and then addresss I've never been for all 4. It said lets try again and gave me one with and address I was did use. My account was transfered but it was so weird I thought someone might have stolen my id lol. I checked my credit report because of it.
