Update on my withdrawal situation*

Even tho I didn’t receive the follow up ‘funds are ready’ email, the funds were still ready to pick up at cage. I went to the wsop.com cage at paris in the payout room and they were able to pay me out even tho I sent the funds to Caesar’s initially.

Has anyone had any luck calling support from NJ? I know its late on Friday night but I've been on hold for an hour now.

Kind of a dumb one, but there is this guy who I see sometimes in lower stakes MTTs I play who's name is literally just "Poker" . Never fails to make me chuckle from how stupid it is lol

Alright they answered after 1hr 10 min. Took about 10 min to fix my problem. Even though my documents had been verified, the approval still had to be pushed through manually. I can now login and just need to wait for my funds to transfer.

Is the deposit bonus still active?

It took me an hour and a half this morning to redeem a seat I won online for today's Gladiator flight. Ticket wasn't showing up when I tried to register. They told me to go to support. Support reached out to someone and said you can go to the cage and register now. Cage says ticket isn't showing up, go back to support (now there's a line). Back and forth, back and forth. Finally it showed up and I was able to register at first break.

At first, I told the guy at the support desk I won a seat for today's Gladiator event, and he tried telling me that by winning the seat, I was automatically registered. I asked him how that was possible, and he said "OH, you mean you won a ticket for a live event". Between the cage and the support people, it was like none of them had ever heard of someone redeeming a ticket for a live tournament before.

They also don't let you redeem seats won online until after 10 am if you won them the day before. And today they didn't show up until noon, apparently. So keep that in mind if you are thinking about trying to win a seat and like to play events from the start.

Is there a way to pull up completed tournament events? I can’t seem to pull up the results of the bracelet event #1 to try and see which usernames match wit the results. Anyone?

Like I mentioned yesterday, they had already pulled bracelet #1 results, now it looks like they pulled the other 2.

There are still 2 Circuit event results showing and they released all those names today.

Completed results only stay in lobby for a certain amount of time, I think like 6 days.

Exactly this. Haven’t played in over a week because of this.

You must not multi table cash games. Software is unplayable at a professional level.
