Yes. I tried to explain that to the customer service reps…both of them. They were not believing me. (My post you quoted was supposed to be sarcasm…I failed at that)

Good news though, if you are in Vegas and are having issues just go to Paris, go straight past the turnoff to the cashiers (in the WSOP area, Paris side)

Next right after that is an area dedicated to WSOP.com

Between them and someone in n the WSOP cage that was obviously a bit higher level, got my situation sorted out.

Anything but WSOP going on..I probably would be on the phone with another customer rep telling me to go to the Rio

Nope, I still timed out once while facing a raise. I was on BTN. It will work if you have posted a blind.

After Chat GPT spit out a bunch of formulas it said this:

I definitely won't play any tournaments until I'm sure how the time bank works. Nothing worse than being in a huge ICM spot not knowing if you're going to auto fold or not lol.

In cash if you are not in blinds and it's folded to you and you didn't click the screen or anything, your hand will be folded without time bank.

I would need to test more, but it makes sense if you move the mouse or click the screen in anyway then it probably auto time banks.

Also, in tournaments if you are in the ante phase then you have money in the pot and it probably works in all spots then.

Since there is no option to select time bank in a hand, then as long as you have shown you in front of your computer by clicking something or you have money in the pot then it should auto activate.

Same, such an odd issue. The only thing I can think of is that it's a particular set of MBP's that use a specific type of OS version or something. Do you happen to have a MBP that is 2015-18ish?

yea I'm using a macbook(not sure if its a pro or not, I don't think so) and no sound, so thats a very helpful data point

Anyone using a macbook and getting sound? Maybe have to configure something in the computer's system settings???

In my list early I forgot to add how great it is to easily switch to show BB's and back if you want in tournaments.

Also, confirmed in cash if you have no money in the pot then time bank won't activate. I am guessing if you are a blind then it will but haven't confirmed.

Confirmed in Tournament with ante and folded to you and not in the blind, time bank auto activates. So likely in cash or Tournament any scenario when you have any money in the pot then it auto activates.
