I get how your 'fair' AI system is supposed to work, and for No Limit Hold'em, it makes total sense to me. But for Short Deck, it's just ridiculous.
With the forced 1bb straddle, the high rake structure, the frequent preflop all-ins, and the nature of Short Deck where edges and hand strengths are much closer together, win rates in this game mode are programmed to be lower.
Additionally, due to the lack of tracking and expertise in this format, I'm not even sure if my win rate is even positive. Add that to the ongoing bad run and the complete cut of my rakeback, and you have a frustrated customer ready to leave your site.
Also, I just want to emphasize again, for everyone’s benefit, that my first 10k hands of Short Deck ever—in my entire poker career—were played on WPTG and immediately labeled as HSP. It's honestly just surreal.

We've all played on GG and Stars. Most people can't win before rewards. What is the point in grinding 50c an hour in EV in games like that.
Yeah Alex, please tell me whats the point for me to continue playing on WPTG now if its likely the same situation (in Short Deck/6+ Holdem)?
