I don't think the cards have problem itself.

But the real problem is the WPT's card is now different to other platforms such as GG, ACR, PS, it looks taller.

Playing only WPT is not a problem in the future because our eyes will slowly adapt with them, but play WPT together with GG, PS and ACR is the real problem because of the card's difference, it costs us more eneregy to track the cards(just a small energy but play thousands of hands each day will cost us a lot of energy).

The last cards is perfect because it's the same with other platforms.

Hi guys. At least once a session it happens to me that when i press the + and - buttons to adjust the bet, instead of increasing or decreasing the bet, the currently selected amount is bet. For example, the pot is 100bb on the flop, I click the 33% button and the current bet amount is 33bb, i click the + button once and the bet goes to 34bb, i click the + button again and instead of only selecting 35bb, the amount of 34 or 35bb is bet as if I had pressed the bet button. This happens to anybody? Someone knows why it happens and how to fix it or avoid it?

Please change the cards back, or allow us the option of the previous font. New font is really bad.

Agree. Lets just go back to previous font and actually dont try to make it better - clearly your developers are not capable since they tought this was an "upgrade"

Maybe they should focus on fixing all the bugs wpt software and phone app instead.

One thing I absolutely love is when you run to take a piss, come back and are about to time out, you hurry up and try to call or raise, you miss and instead you donate 3$ and click the next hand AA 200x lottery bingo cause the button is directly underneath it, what a feeling.

Yeah exactly, The UX designer had to do it purposely or what (I´m joking), because it´s tragic. I made this misclick a dozen times

Feedback taken guys - in a release soon we will reintroduce the ability to choose the old deck style.

I am making this post as a new user who joined at the start of June. I moved country in order to play full time with rakeback on your site.

To my surprise I wasn't marked as HSP when my August payment was received. I asked my affiliate to check and they confirmed I hadn't been marked as HSP. Due to this I put in a lot of volume from mid august until now. My affiliate informed me yesterday that I had now been marked as HSP and wouldn't receive anything from the volume I had put in.

If my affiliate had been informed previously of the change in my account then I would have had the option of directing my attention elsewhere. Since I was under the impression I was still getting rakeback I continued to play and have generated thousands in rakeback for your site in the past 4-5 weeks.

I request that you review this please Alex and make me whole.

The bug happens exactly as described. It has also happened to me a few times.

I'm sorry but we can't and won't get involved in disputes over rakeback between you and your affiliate.

To this point, I believe Alex has said you can request to remove an affiliate from your account, so that your account is no longer affiliated with anyone. I'd use this threat to either: get paid, or leave the affiliate.

Have to agree, if you think your affiliate is scamming you just out him publicly here and make a thread on 2+2

Did wpt remove the fish/pro ratio per table at 25/50/100?

I see 5-6 pros per table on every table today and past few days.

Winning pros with 100k+ hands played - not new burner account

From what I have witnessed, this has always been the case. When I played 25/50/100, there was 5+regs all the time

Is it on my end or after this last update, the performance and lag seems to be worse?

I didn´t play for weeks, but my friend told me it is actually better after the update

In my case, depends on the number of tables. When playing 5/6+, have lots of lag. Weirdly enough, it seems to get worse if I mix cash and tournaments

The 4 table limit is only in cash games, not in tournaments

Same. I´ve had the same setup as always, 4 cash tables and nothing else and I´m timing out every 5-10 minutes.
The lobby also seems very slow, takes seconds to update.

Also, the decision behind the font change is quite bizarre. There´s been all sorts of suggestions here to improve the client but not once have I seen someone complain about the deck.
And then you go and change that

the new cards are really the most uggly cards in the world.
but WPT is a great room with the best support team from all rooms.

D/L the new update just released an hour ago or so.

Signiant improvement for CPU usage. Went from 4.7mh (constant) to occasionally spiking to 2.4mh to 2.7mh.

Temps down from 84c/100c to 59c and below. This is only with the lobby open. Great improvement.

Will do a test in the first week of October when I MTT.

Could care less about the cards. As long as I can see them and punt/win I'm happy.

What would be an interesting concept, is to implement something like the Fair Game System, but discriminate the users by account # as well. If you could limit the number of 'new accounts' at the same table, like you limit winning regs at the same table, this could stop so much collusion and cheating. If account # wouldn't work, perhaps how long account is active. Same but different.
