Hello.

On August 7 2024 I placed 1st in all three daily spins leaderboards.

The amount of points I scored was significantly greater than what was scored in the previous races - instead of receiving the prizes as listed on the website (screenshots below),
I only received one $100 spins ticket and 4 $50 spins tickets (for winning the 50/100 combined leaderboard).

Below I'm also adding support's response to my asking about what happened.

A friend of mine was told by his agent, that he had been labeled pro at stakes "high" and lower. However, the guy have never played anything above 2/4/8 CNY, so how does that happen?

Also losers are only getting 15% rakeback.

They even gonna lose some recreationals because of this. Well we already saw it, games are in huge decline already.

Over $1.2M is up for grabs, in our 3rd Sunday of our $8,000,000 GTD Summer Festival. The majority of that is from the $1,060 WPT Prime Day 2 ($750,000 GTD), which there are 3 flights to today. There are multiple feeders (and feeders to those) for pretty much every tournament, and the main ones are shown below. The first flight for our $3,500 WPT Championship ($1,000,000 GTD) starts much later this afternoon and we also have the Day 1 of the $530 SuperStack ($75,000 GTD) today, where the top 16 get into tomorrow's Day 2

hi peter, I realized today that I have a ticket for the 530 superstack but I think I cant register because day 2 start tomorrow, I check my email regularly and never recived any type of message about this ticket, so IDK if there is a posibility to change it or to use it in another tournament.

not sure if, i am playing every day MTT with 10+1 buyn in and there are 30 players with 800 guarantee, or 17 players with 300 guarantee.
