My account has been locked for security reasons. My username is Player5. I wanted to make my first withdrawal on 28.05.24, the same day I sent my verification documents. I wrote to
verification@wptglobal.com on 01.06.24 to inquire about it but did not receive a response. After one week of waiting, I received an automated response on 04.06.24 stating that my withdrawal was rejected. On the same day, my account was locked.
I sent several emails to
customercare@wptglobal.com, but I have not received any responses. I am now locked out without any notification or explanation and have received no response from support.
Could you please assist me with this issue?
