Hello. I have the same case. The WPT blocked me from playing on most tables. I only see 1, sometimes 2 or 3 tables being played, I don't know the algorithm how it works. Of course, I win a lot there at stakes of 124 and 248. The support replied that it was supposed to be like that. Remember this when you create an account on WPT.

If you can't see many tables it's likely that you are a highly skilled player. If this is the case, you will not see tables that you're unable to sit at (because there are already 2 pros at the table) and will only see tables with seats that are open to you.

If you find yourself in this situation often, the best thing to do is to simply start a table. Our games fill quickly, and you're guaranteed a good game.

Hey Alex, can you give any more info on the colluders situations as it is going on for months now, without your team being able to stop them. The pattern they use is very obvious and this type of behaviour being allowed on the platform for so long can just damage the credibility of the games. They play the same stakes (10/20/40) on a daily basis and i see a lot of regulars engaging in games with them it is clear at this point that either your team or the AI security is doing something wrong. In my 20 years of poker i have never seen a platform not being able to stop so obvious collusion. How can you preach on integrity and security of games and funds if you can't stop 3-4 players with same stats joining the table in the spawn of 5 minutes using donks and bluffs on 77x when other player has folded and has a 7, they also have sizeing leaks in this kind of spots but i would let the regulars discover them as it cost me a lot to do so.

I know you can't guarantee the fairness of the games entirely, but allowing them on the platform, or not being able to stop them is a big red flag on the trust you will get from the regulars.

Just played against them again today that is why i wrote here as well as sent an email to the team, they just used 3 accounts today and 2 were under 2k hands . Thank you for all the good work with the platform although there are a few setbacks, poker seems fun once again.

I can confirm that the money were added to the account, and as far as i saw for a few days i did not see the old colluder accounts that i have reported. There is a problem because they make new accounts and it is imposible for WPTG team to stop them playing for good. Confiscating funds and giving it to players should encourage other regulars like me to make serious reports. I would advise players to make a solid case about the suspicious behaviour that they encounter, and my experience is a proof that action is being taken. I will continue to watch the tables and make reports if there is the case.

Thank you Alex for being a man of your word, and i can confirm that what you are doing right now is what the industry needs . Hope WPTG develops into the best platform online as GG poker is a very bad player experience, full of RTAs and a rake system that enslaves players and Pokerstars at the moment lacks liquidity and their only direction is down if they do not decide to change something.

hi guys, I have a Lenovo e14 laptop with i5 10210U processor, integrated graphics card and 32 gb of Ram. During the game the CPU usage is araound 45%, the GPU usage goes between 10 and 35%, Ram usage is around 33%. In the first hour of the game everything is quite smooth, but after an hour/an hour and a half it starts to lag, often the poker room goes into block for a few seconds (time banking stops and everyone is immobilized), or it works in jerks (for example the dealing of the cards is not fluid but is very jerky, the graphic movement of the chips entering the pot is very slow or even gets stuck halfway). If I close 3 tables and remain with only one open table the situation improves. I saw that is also a problem of the poker room, but i imagine that also the hardware (and maybe also something about software) can affect a lot. Does anyone have any attempts I can make to improve? Do you think adding an external GPU could improve this? If so, can anyone advise me which GPU to buy? Thank you

It's sometimes difficult for me to comment publicly on game integrity cases, partly because of data protection / privacy issues, and partly because cheaters read forums too, but behind the scenes we are always doing our best.

From your message I'm not sure if you feel this case is fully resolved - sometimes cheaters create new accounts and try to continue, but we generally find that banning / confiscating the new accounts as well is enough to send them on their way. I'd hope that our AI is now trained enough to spot these accounts, but if you have any concerns or suspicions at all, please feel free to get in touch again.
