I signed up on pokerking (WPN) 3 weeks ago. My account was suspended the day right after I signed up. All I did was to deposit, config software and played 184 hands on regular tables.

These days I've been emailing support, but they are always answering with copy-pastes like this:

"We are writing to let you know that your account has been suspended due to a security investigation. Our security department is working diligently to complete their investigation, but please note that the process can take a while."

What can I do to get in touch with someone that really have access to that "investigation"? I mean I was online for 2 hours, it can't take that long for the "security department" to review the 184 hands I played.

Did you have any solvers or anything else poker related running in the background that you may have forgotten to close? Maybe someone reported you for what appeared to be collusion? (Not saying you were). Did you already have an account on this poker skin before you created this new account?

It could be various things.

I only use the tracker and jurojin for table managemente while playing.
Nope, this is my first and only account on WPN.

I have reviewed my hand history of that session and it's pretty standard I think. And it were very few hands that I played. Maybe some player interpreted some sequence like colluding or botting, I guess that could happen. But it seems strange to me being under investigation for 3 weeks with only 184 hands for reviewing.
